Everything, But what I can say is hospitality and dedication of making your stay as comfortable by Mr Bharat is something I have not seen at any 5 stars we have seen. Cam recommend this place without any reservations to anyone who want to have great experience and stay close to Rajkot Airport.

admin staff was very rude, there were insects on the beds and pillows. requested rooms weren’t available on arrival at the hotel so we had to settle for a more expensive room

The location is quiet good and everything including the airport is very near. The rooms are decent sized and the beds are comfortable. The lobbies and lifts etc are very clean.

The property was listed as a 5 star hotel but I can tell you this is not a 5 star hotel. Its not a bad hotel or anything but there is no facilities, no kitchen. I came in the afternoon at to go out again looking for a restaurant for lunch. There is a coffee stand in the room and that is about it. The WiFi sucked.

it was perfect for our transit stay at rajkot. beautifully decorated rooms. the staff was really helpful and went out of his way to give us an early breakfast at 730am.

please provide a shower curtain in the bathroom as the entire floor gets wet after a shower there was a fair in the ground opposite the hotel and music was blaring till early morning...also its next ot the road....could provide for soundproof windows

Very flithy hotel. Also the staff has no concept of what clean looks like.

Staff wanted to try to please customer. But perhaps, it was not thier fault that they didn't have any concept of cleanliness. The rug, the cushions had stains but they didn't seem to be concerned. Suggest they need to visit some good hotel and understand the standard.

It was extremely dirty. Under the bed and table there were heaps of rubbish as if it was not sweeped for months. The toilet had deep stains which could have been cleaned easily by cleaning liquid but they never bothered about cleanliness. Bathroom dividing glass was awfully filthy with several bindi sticking from previous ladies staying there. This hotel team has no concept of cleanliness. When asked about it. They cleaned the separating glass and left the scrubber in the sink. If you are looking for nice tidy clean hotel. This is certainly not the choice.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, nice ambience, friendly staff.

The location is right on top of the race course road and it gets very noisy. Difficult to get a good night's sleep. Sound proofing the rooms can help. I put up some 'white noise' music on my mobile very loudly to suppress the noise from the road to get a few hours' sleep.
