Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ok

Pub und Restaurant anbei; gut mit dem Taxi erreichbar; Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; das Frühstück war besser als erwartet und der Service war flink und hilfsbereit Von der Abendkarte war das Chicken Curry wirklich gut.

Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern besser aus als sie sind; Matratzen waren durchgelegen; Bad ohne WC Bürste; leider nicht so ruhig wie erwartet. Sowohl hellhörig als auch Verkehr sehr nahe und durchweg zu hören. Von der Abendkarte war der Ceasars Salat enttäuschend und preislich überhaupt nicht angemessen, der Steakburger war ok, aber zu teuer (alles keine großen Portionen); von den Fries mit Trüffel-Öl und Parmesan rate ich dringen ab; die konnten gar nichts!

Quite and comfortable price fits the location and facilities

We did find that the shower was extremely slippery and we nearly fell over

Good location with clean rooms and friendly staff.

This was my second stay and the room and location were excellent, meeting the same high standards as before. Good breakfast served with a smile.

The shower had a large crack down the wall and looked a little untidy.

I love the white Hart but set iyour alarm to get a fresh breakfast.

Warm, comfortable, clean.

Having to book breakfast and state a time for breakfast by 8:30pm the evening before. It meant more pressure on getting out of bed by a certain time. I overslept the time I stated on my order form and my cooked breakfast was given to me dried out. Obviously kept under a heater-my fault. I’d prefer to order my freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. My porridge didn’t turn up, as the person who puts the orders through, hadn’t done so the previous evening.

Staff are always friendly & very helpful. Food is very good, with a good choice and selection at Breakfast. Cooked to order, so it’s always fresh.

Superb

Great size room, really comfortable big bed. Breakfast was really good, would stay again no doubt. Even though it's a pub the accommodation is separate and really nice

A bit out of town, didn't like pre ordering breakfast. Gave form to a member of staff but wasn't expected at breakfast. Easily fixed and breakfast was delicious. Thank you. £100 for the room was a little expensive for a pub.

A great base for our cotswold holiday

The room was serviced on request, it was clean and tidy and very bright roomy, the white hart pub is two minutes walk away from the accommodation and the breakfasts very tasty with lots of choice all freshly cooked and served to your table

Fabulous place great food excellent value

Fabulous large clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Lovely bathroom. Good choice of breakfast selection.

We were visiting family so did not spend much time in the room, but it was very comfotable.

Good breakfast, nice choice.

The curtains had come undone in the middle and therefore did not close. A simple fix. There was also an intermittent problem with the 'flush' which meant it did not shut off. The room itself was very well appointed and in excellent condition.

Lovely room and staff spoiled by evening meal.

Large clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. Nice breakfast. Pub area cosy welcoming feel.

Disappointing evening meal, food described on menu did not match what was served, also main meal took almost an hour to arrive after I had my starter, I was told a large party had arrived, even though pre booked, and appeared to have priority over my order. Keep the large party happy over the lone diner? I wasn't charged for my main meal.

The lighting in the room & bathroom was terrible to get ready in. Would of preferred room service rather than get your own takeout breakfast option.

Fab hotel, good price, excellent rooms

Room was great (would have liked a bath, but I had called up before and no rooms have baths. - but it was clean spacious and nice decor, the bed was super comfy

I reported back, it was tiny but the TV remote needed new batteries on the second night i couldn't even turn off the tv!

Great location for Great Western Hospital. Comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, great food and parking. Room was spacious and clean. At dinner nothing was too much trouble and as a vegetarian the menu had a great choice of dishes I could choose from.

Nothing, perfect stay I was happy with everything that the hotel had to offer me.
