Habitación bastante limpia y cómoda. La ubicación del lugar excepcional
Podrían poner calentadores para agua tibia al bañarse

comfortable clean, nice staff, amazing location
it was a little expensive for pretty simple lodgings

The view and having a balcony to enjoy it. This was definitely the highlight. The bed was also really comfortable, which is very important. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was superb.
In the daytime it gets really hot there so some air conditioning would have been appreciated. Didn't even think of that coming from Mexico City where it is surprisingly much cooler!
We had trouble getting Netflix to work on the tv. Even after they helped us to try and sort it out it still didn't work properly. Luckily it did not affect our trip too much.

Loved the room with the view overlooking the beautiful mountains, and the gentle breeze blowing into the room through the door. There was also a nice porch. Everything very clean and safe. The owner was really super nice and friendly. We really liked it and will come back for sure next time. Thank you so much Flor de Cera!

Location fabulous. Bed super comfortable. View - great. Bathroom -basic. Street noise really loud until 2-3 am (not hotel’s fault, but hard to sleep).
Noise on a Saturday night, really loud until really late.

The property is fantastically located in the heart of Tepotzlan. Would highly a room with a balcony to enjoy the amazing views of the mountains surrounding the town!

Room was very pretty. Beautiful view. Friendly welcome.
Bathroom smelled awful! Door to terrace didn't close properly. Mosquitos came in. Also, it was very cold! Had to sleep with clothes on. Harsh lightning, hard bed.

The location was great and the staff very friendly
There was an event the night we stayed that was held in the courtyard. It was very loud. I know there were empty rooms further from where the noise was. It would be considerate to move guest as far away from the noise. The shower pressure was a bit low.

Location was central and the views were gorgeous. I love the rooms and the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. I know this is short and sweet as far as what I liked, but I definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I return to Tepotzlan!
Some of the guests decided that 3:30am was a good time to hang out in the courtyard seating area and listen to music and talk loudly. Granted, it was over the time of Dias de Muertes so perhaps that was unusual, but it was a bummer since the sound carries so much. Otherwise, my stay was amazing and I would book there again in a heartbeat.
If there was any way to get more water pressure for the shower that would also be great. I could barely rinse the shampoo out of my hair. But again, it was so lovely there, that wouldn't stop me from staying again!

The room was as expected with mountain view, and the bed was cozy and the staff were lovely and helpful. The location was central and everything was walkable. The wifi worked well too
I was specifically searching for a place with a garden and the one picture looked like it had one, so on arrival, I realised there was no garden, just a small space with some chairs. The shower barely had water pressure, it was a light sprinkle and hot water tuerned off after 5min. The bathroom was really rundown. For the price I paid, i've had more modern finishing and bathrooms in better condition. I think it's pretty overpriced for what it was.

Location is great, pretty much close to everything. Hostess super attentive, they really helped to find activities to do.
Room is a little small for 4 adults, with no A/C. I know when you come to beautiful towns like Tepoztlán the experience is austere, but for me sleep well is essential.

The property was located in a very central part of the little town.
The room had white lighting and was too bright. The room needs bedside lamps as well.

Nice room, very cute balcony, great location. Staff was easy-going and friendly.
The only issue we had was a live music concert taking place in the main square which, coupled with the fact there are two windows missing facing the balcony, resulted in us not sleeping too well… could imagine this to be similarly annoying on a weekend.

the property is really sweet, in the center and the staff was lovely.
unfortunately middle of the night the water stoped working. hopefully this is working again, as the hotel was very nice otherwise.

Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Balcony had spectacular views of the mountain and surrounding town. Hotel had a small courtyard with tropical plants and flowers.
Had a small confrontation at one point over the exchange rate. Make sure you go to an ATM first and don't use your countries money. Stayed there twice over the course of a week. Two different rooms both third floor balcony. Flight of stairs going up the first time was equivalent to a New York City fire escape only maybe a little less safer 😮. They carried your bag up but when I left I was pretty much on my own trying to negotiate a 50 lb bag in the wrong direction. Also walls are a little thin can hear your neighbors. But for the money if you're just looking to stay in town and not spend a ton of time in the room and
you're looking for a nice clean place this is it.

Location is very centric, very close to the main square and to the heart of Tepoztlan, yet it's quite and peaceful inside. The room we stayed was basic and clean, very good value on price.

Great for location if you’re okay with nearby bars blasting music at night. Staff is friendly, beds were static-y, and remember they only accept cash. If you’re looking for something affordable at a great location then book a Mountain View room.
