Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip!

-Nettes und lockeres Personal, stehen bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung -Lage ist super, direkt das Einkaufszentrum vor der Tür - 24/7 Möglichkeit einen Kaffee usw. zu trinken -Schön eingerichtet -Kostenloses Parken im Parkhaus war wirklich klasse, da das Parken in Holland nicht billig ist

-Toilettensitz hatte eine komische Verfärbung, sollte vielleicht gewechselt werden -Es ist war eine Tür zwischen Toilette und Bett, die ist jedoch aus Glas und schließt nicht dicht. Sollte vorher gut kommuniziert werden

I Weinlese stay here again

For us it was perfect. We went to a festival in Sloterpark and the location was ideal. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful

The curtains don’t blackout the light completely and there is a light that’s stays on the entire night unless you switch off the electricity.

Very warm clean and nice hotel in a quiet location

Very nice, quiet, intimate and clean hospitality. Very kind staff, responding to all your needs and questions.

I like it all. My suggestion is to add small soap circle brickets for hand washing, and more choices for breakfast, But all in all , for 3 stars hotel I give 9 from 10. Prrfect location and very kind staff 👍

Great value for the money with easy transit to all the spots you’d like to visit.

Great location, Osdorpplein is an up and coming neighbourhood with great ethnic food and great transit to the city centre or Schiphol. The tram is 1 minute from the hotel and runs every 7 minutes to the city centre.

Rooms are a bit small but they is typical for Amsterdam. Overall not an issue at all.

Very good

Very good location with tram station within few meters from the hotel. Plenty of shops around, including "Coffee shop" if that's of Your interest. You could reach Center of Amsterdam easy with one tram ride. Free parking in Q park garage is included in the price and it's very convenient. The staff is very friendly and ready to help.

Bathroom door is made of glas and it's kind of weird with the toilette right behind it.

Too expensive for the service and terrible comfort provided, would not recommend this hotel at all.

The breakfast was ok, but still not enough for the money I paid for my stay. The location was ok, 20 minutes from the city center and perfect for the conferences I attended.

The rooms are extremely small and not comfortable as you have to climb the bed from the bottom, not enough space on the sides. I have some walking problems and it was a great inconvenience. The room also smelled, problems with the plumbing I assume.

Somewhat cramped for the price; otherwise, a clean, comfortable and friendly place for 1-2 day stay.

I enjoy staying at the Citiez Hotel for a number of reasons but the size of my room is not in keeping with the rates charged here, especially on weekends. Especially considering that the location, though practical re: public transit, is on the very outskirts of Amsterdam. Regarding the quality of comfort, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff...one couldn't ask for more. I liked it so much, I returned to stay here a second time.

The room could have been a bit bigger: for someone staying more than just overnight...I stayed almost a week...the little wall rack for hanging clothes with 4-5 hangers was totally inadequate. A narrow closet or an additional hanging rack would have helped immensely. Most of my clothes had to stay in my luggage, wrinkling more as the week went by.

Nice clean quiet hotel close to public transport

The hotel is very close to public transportation. There are some nice restaurants near by and a bit of shopping if that is something you like also. The staff were very friendly. Room as clean and quiet. There was a little fridge and coffee machine in the room. Great location also for the show we attended.

Such a minor thing but the faucet in the bathroom loose.

Had a good stay but would choose a different room as a couple next time.

You have a lot of shopping opportunities nearby. Its near the public transport and you get to Amsterdam city center within 30 min. It was clean for us. Staff was very helpful and we loved the parking opportunity.

We had the twin bed room. Sadly the bed was moving apart the whole time so as a couple we were worried all the time that one of us would fall between both beds. even though you can see it from the pictures I would not recommend this room for couples. The bathroom sink is in the room and very small. Also you have literally no space to put things away so clothes will have to stay in the suitcase.

With a bus direct from the airport that stops nearby the hotel and others transports nearby as well as supermarkets and restaurants everything is near and within a 5 to 10 min walk, the bus and trams that are near can take to you to the central city in 20min, calm place to stay.

The bed, sheets, pillows need to be cleaned better or replaced they were dirty.

Very nice stay

Very nice stay in this hotel . The staff were very nice and attentive. The free parking was a real advantage. You can get to the center of Amsterdam after 20 min with the tram. Since the hotel is away from the center it's quiet but at the same time you have many shops and restaurants nearby.

the rooms are too small, they fit the size of the bed and that’s it the location is a bit far from the city center, it takes more than 20 mins to reach it it was a bit too expensive for what it offered

Pleasantly suprized, lovely decor, modern & very clean

Cute hotel, very friendly staff, comfy rooms, better than expected

Room temperature was low & controlled centrally, everytime we increased the temp in the room it dropped down again. Room was chilly at times.
