- The location is great: right in the middle of one of the city's must-sees, very close to the metro, and easy to find
- The hostel is very quiet (I slept like a rock)
- The room had everything needed, and the bed was very comfortable
- There's no staff available at night at the counter, so, if you're craving a late-night snack or whatnot, you'd better stock up in advance

friendly staff very helpful. great for foreigners even during Covid

Beautiful quiet location
The common rooms including restaurant are kept very cold so you don't want to be there. So they are locking up their Cats in bad conditions.

It’s in a cultural area with traditional and modern style. There’s an indoor / outdoor atmosphere with lots of natural elements including lotus and cats. Affordable room prices. Relaxing. Room was very clean and homey.
The food on menu was so-so and overpriced for quantity and quality. Breakfast could be upgraded. Not close to subway but a wonderful walk with lots of local people and landmarks to enjoy.

The location was perfect for exploring the old town. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was very basic but there is a Starbucks 2 minutes away.

I love the trees in the yard, coffee in the morning and beautiful cats meowing casually in the background

Great facilities. Comfortable bed with light and charger. Decent bathroom in the room. Very comfortable stay
Sink in room so other guests long washing morning routine woke me up. Well located but in the middle of the tourist district so a tad annoying if you have to move through crowds in the early evening

I loved the location and the design of the hotel. Very simple and peaceful! Everything was comfortable and cozy. Excellent service and very helpful.
I kind of wished there were curtains on the bunk beds, but it wasn't a huge issue.

Great location near the city wall and Confucius temple area. Quiet. Nice beds.
Some damp in the room. Bathroom wasn’t very well separated from the rest of the dorm room.

Female staff helpful & friendly. Rental of bath towels for ¥5. Free water, toothbrush, shampoo & bath gel. Hot water come on pretty quickly. Right next to ancient city wall, nice to explore. Clean toilets with toilet papers.
No curtains around bunk bed for privacy or to keep out the cold. Do not walk from WuDingMen subway Station coz it's 1.8 km away. Will take 25-30 mins hauling your luggage along rough road within old town to get there. Better to take a taxi to Zhong Hua Men. Then walk 4 mins to hostel. Cost about ¥10. Male staff not friendly.

I've traveled around China many times, and this hostel is the best one I stayed so far.. cozy, clean, comfortable beds, and the staff is very nice. The location is awesome!
Nothing! If I have to say something, maybe I would have preferred more choices for breakfast.

First of all, the location is amazing, what a beautiful park around! This was the first dorm that exceeded my expectations - comfortable beds, clean, separate bathroom and toilet, nice lockers, great atmosphere, helpful and very welcoming staff. Totally gonna visit it again when I'm in Nanjing !!!
Although there was an AC in the room, it was still a bit cold there.
At first, it's pretty hard to find the hotel as the entrance is through the cafe and there is no sign outside.
But overall, loved the place, absolutely exceeded my expectations !!!
