Not value of money. Never come again in this hotel.

Only the beach view and the location

Very dirty room. Very old things. Shower was not working properly. Broken fan buttons. Pillow cover had wholes. Bad back was very dirty. TV remote was not working. Overall very bad experience. I asked them to change my room to better once. They lied and told me they don’t have any room free. They charged 20000+ per night. But other hotels who charge 5000 better than this hotel.

Great potential, mediocre experience

I liked the fact that the room was good and the view was great. It definitely has the feeling of being a destination location

Those expectations lead to a very quick dissapointment since the hotel is very dated, the restaurants very overpriced and mediocre.

I am not coming back here, this place is NOT worth it. The manager should be held accountable.

It’s at a good location. Breakfast is decent.

Where do I start? This was my worst experience ever in a hotel and I am a heavy traveler so I know when something is bad. They cancelled my booking 5 mins before I checked in at 4PM and gave the reason, Booking.com did it. Lie. It was their manager who apparently decided to give my exec upgraded king size bedroom to someone else. And the reason given, my credit card which I had used last week, and had been swiping every day, was declined. Lie. After arguing, the manager emerged from the back and without the receptionist even telling him the situation immediately offered a different room, oh and the card miraculously worked, just like it had worked last week in the same hotel! The room given, 404, had two single beds which I struggled with their staff to make into one. Weirdest part was, they didn’t have an extra full size comforter. Staff told me, that’s for a bigger bed. Well… joining two beds, made it a bigger bed, how come they don’t have spare comforters? Took 20 mins to get one, which again somehow now became available. 9:30 PM, watching the Euro Cup finals on TV, the picture disappeared. Only sound, all buttons work, no picture on any channel. Picked up the phone to call them, phone wire was loose, they could barely hear me and then it went dead. Frustrated, I went to reception, and complained, guy said sir im sending someone right away. I went back to my meetings, couldn’t drop out and go down again. They kept calling me for no reason, knowing the phone DOESNT WORK, why call when it’s not working! I received 5 calls in total with no sound when I answer. An hour and half passed, nobody showed up, and they kept calling me. I went down again at 12:00, and shouted at all of them. The guy who had told me he is sending someone to fix the tv and phone had disappeared. They said sir we will move you to another room but with a bad view. No option at midnight, I moved to 108. Room looked fine, I went to sleep.

This place deserves whole 5 stars

We spent three nights here with my wife and infant, and it was truly excellent. A special shout-out to the incredibly helpful housekeeping team, especially Muzzamil, Sabir, and Liaquat, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and easy.

it was comfortable enough

friendly and helpful staff, spacious property, good breakfast (I had requested for soy/almond milk instead of milk in advance before my arrival because of my lactose intolerance but it was not met). I made my booking a day in advance through booking.com but I had to wait at the hotel receptionnfor a good 20 minutes to be updated. They upgraded my room.

the toilet pot was on a raised platform. it was weird and uncomfortable. room was too big and space was not properly used I felt.

However, it was a pleasant stay, and I would like to return. Hopefully they will improve.

The breakfast was excellent, and I always enjoy that location. The size of the room is suitable.

I'm not satisfied with the room because, despite the property's mention of four starts, the room did not meet my expectations. No floor carpet in the room, and there was no sewage disposal option in the washroom.

Horrible Place to stay

Extremely rude staff. No courtesy for guests. Need alot of training. The reception did not even had water to offer, they said ul hav to go restaurant and buy water. The lifts are extremely slow. Rooms r not clean, extremely stained sofas in the rooms.

the location

the room was not decorated, the fridge had nothing and it was like dead from inside and the cable was not coming so I had nothing to do and then they call you at night to check out tomorrow early because they are full tomorrow so it’s pathetic

Welcoming and relaxing place to stay

Staff were friendly and offered great service. Lunch was delicious - lots of choice, great desserts, helpful staff. The pool was a real bonus .. I swam every day and it was lovely. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.

The walls inside the rooms and around the hotel need painting.

Wonderful hotel.

We have been at the hotel from 19-22nd September 2022. We booked two rooms. Breakfast was ordinary and standard. Location has always been an issue because this hotel is not in bestest of location. We booked two rooms. Thanks a lot to the younger gentleman (forgot his name) at the reception who attended us was very helpful very kindly gave adjacent room which we sincerely appreciate. We loved the rooms. They were bright, airy, clean and gave a very good sea view. Room decor was good. Bathroom was so so. We will most certainly use this hotel again and will strongly recommend.

Bathroom needs some attention.
