Location affascinante, curata e molto suggestiva. Proprietari e personale accoglienti e gentilissimi.

Nice and welcoming host.
The location is worth visiting more, the garden and the surroundings. We arrived in the morning, then left for Venice from where we returned only in the evening and left the next morning.
It is an impressive place that I recommend.

Die Adresse auf Booking.com ist falsch: die Strasse stimmt, aber die Nummer nicht. Alle, oder viele landen daher bei einem anderen Hotel/Unterkunft

Everything was great, extremely good place to relax and soo quiet, sleepng was perfect. The staff was amazing always helpfull whatever need or question we had they helped us.
If i have the chance i will definetly go again.
Near the villa are some amazing bakerys for breakfast and with such good price and great quality of sweets coffe everything.
And if you want to go to Venice the train station cost like 3 euros and for 30 min it goes direcly to the center of venice.
If had to say something like an advice YOU WILL NEED A CAR and SUNDAY EVERYTHING IS SLOSED.

Supportive hosts and fantastic territory of the villa

Amazing location at a villa estate just outside Treviso, which is a beautiful mediaeval walled town. The rooms are traditionally rustic but beautifully appointed with fantastic showers, ancient tiled floors, beamed ceilings and all toiletries provided plus a kettle, coffee machine and teas/coffee pods provided. You can opt to take a guided tour of the villa and estate or simply wander around the estate trails on your own. In the fridge you have water and the option of choosing a bottle of their own prosecco at 12 euros. We did - it was lovely. If you're looking for genuine rural villa estate living this is the place you should choose.
Nothing ( mosquitos can start biting in warm weather but just take some mozzie repellant. They provide ug in zappers as well).

Amazing scenario, it is so nice to have the possibility to stay in an Italian Villa!
it’s a bit difficult to reach without a car.

Everything was beautiful. We felt like time travellers in a venetian villa.

It was like we were back in time, experiencing life living in a villa with all the modern additions to make our stay comfortable. We really liked the authentic furniture and exploring the big garden. They welcomed our dog, too. Be prepared though that you will need to stay quiet if there are guests in the room opposite, the door is not sound proof:) It wasn’t a problem for us, though.

What's not to love about staying on the grounds of a magnificent historic villa? We were a family of 7 and booked the entire guest house for 5 nights. A few short minutes drive from the centre of Treviso - a fantastic city devoid of tourists that absolutely comes alive on the weekends. We fell in love with it. Easy access to Venice via train. Day trips to San Bassano, Verona, Lake Garda and designer outlet shopping. And back to the sanctuary of the villa grounds that made you feel as though you were deep in the countryside. This is the perfect base for exploring Veneto. Senor Passi and his assistant Chiara were the perfect hosts. Thank you!
The bed in the loft really was not comfortable, far too soft for those with bad backs. And access to a washing machine would have been a great benefit to us.

Great place, “Agriturismo” style, superb manicured garden, lots of trees. Property makes its own prosecco. Don’t think twice, just book and enjoy truly dolce vita.

This beautiful place is located right outside of Treviso. It is very calm and the perfect place to relax in these historic buildings. Our room was great and very clean and comfortable. I made a mistake and forgot to make clear that we needed seperate beds but the landlord fixed it promptly with a smile. Even the breakfast is not included there is still real coffee in the room and also some bread with jam. Besides the best bakery I visited for years is nearby in walking distance 5 min. We hope that we can book here again next time we go to Italy.

Lovely vistas and property, with stone floors and spacious rooms.
Memory foam mattress was far too soft for us so we decided to take it off and found some odd items underneath it. Noise from other rooms could also be heard.

We had the big (90 m2) loft for just 2 people.. Nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. And this all on a very beautiful estate!
Just to have to mention something, we missed an iron ;).

A hidden treasure near Treviso where to enjoy noble atmosphere, serenity and peace. A bus stop in front of the villa which is very comfortable. The staff members Chiara and Lapo were helpful and knowledgeable! The house prosecco was delicious and such a pleasure in the rainy afternoon I've arrived.
Booking a tour to see the main (front) villa garden is a must. Make sure to let them know in advance that you're interested to join so that you know the available options and time slots (it's a separate activity from the room booking). Overall, a lovely and peaceful experience, would love to come back ✨
Bed mattress too soft for my preference.

Absolutely gorgeous location - feels surreal it's so beautiful! The staff was so warm and welcoming. We got a fantastic tour of the villa, our guide was extremely informative and knowledgeable. We rented the loft and it was perfect for our family of 4.
I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Wonderful rooms with beautiful antiques and the most comfortable bed, large shower/bath tub, the villa is just next to an idyllic park where we were able to have a picnic with their amazing vineyard prosecco. Great service, small breakfast in the room, parking onsite. We would love to be back any time!
We loved our stay.

This is the most beautiful villa. Stunning inside and out. It looks like you’re in a movie! The rooms are beautiful, a blend of modern and cottage style. The property is well looked after and it shows. Parking right in front of the villa, fast wifi, air conditioned, clean, quiet.
There is no option for breakfast or any food, so you have to go in the village. There are not many options there, and even those that were recommended to us didn’t serve food during week days. So make sure to have a trip in the super market or have a car to go to Treviso.

Without a garden or balcony and without additional facilities, no coffee machine or water

Arrived very late by car and was accommodated with no delays. Easy to find with navigation. Safe and spacious property. Old historical place so adjust your expectations to sleeping in a preserved museum like setting. Good air conditioning helped us through hot and humid night. Comfortable beds, solid bath, amazing space with river to walk about in the morning and run into pheasants and peacocks.

We really liked the owner Alberto, who accommodated our need to check in late, and who came out to Welcome us and give us help to find a restaurant late at night to dine at. This was very much appreciated. We loved the history and location and hospitality of Alberto. We loved to be able to stay in a real villa that was centuries old and explore the vineyards and grounds the next day with peacocks. We appreciated that it had air conditioning and the shower was a cool bath design.
The bed for us was too hard. And the room was a bit dark, so a bit more lighting would have been great. Also the air conditioning was a bit straining, but we understand that air conditioning in Europe is less prevalent than in the USA or Australia. Apart from these small things- a fabulous pit stop on our way to the Dolomites!

Beautiful park, amazing ambiance, very friendly staff. I would recommend this to everyone who enjoys historic places and walking a lot! There is some magic about it, peacocks and cats in the garden, old trees, absolutely loved it!
The local bakery was supposed to be open on Sunday, but after running there I had to find out that it somehow was closed. Given that breakfast is not provided (only some rusks, jam and coffee) this was a little inconvenient... and of course such a lovely place comes with heaps of mosquitoes!
