Nos gustó la atención los dueños muy amables, la ubicación es muy buena a un par de cuadras del centro de Tena, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con mi esposo quedamos muy contentos 😄

The location was great and the room was clean
We were unfortunately not allowed to eat something in our room. I understand it but we were really tired and then had to sit outside to eat our food we cooked and the kitcheb was a little dirty but better than nothing

The owner took care of me. I needed a taxi to a remote Amazon lodge and they didn't know how to get there. The owner talked to the taxi driver who drove me to a boat launch, the boat driver called a taxi and drove me to the other side of the Napo river and four people helped me find my lodge.
Only bad thing is it's loud.....and no hot water, but that didn't matter.

-Cheap.
-Close to Malecon.
-Host refunded my second night when I decided to leave after one night.
-Uncomfortable hard mattress.
-Very noisy place with street traffic and loud guests in courtyard outside room. Fan noisy also. I had to take Benadryl to get some sleep. Don't expect to get any sleep without medication and/or earplugs!!

Amazing staff, always available and ready to help.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is hot water and a nice common area.
It is certainly the best place you can find in Tena at this price.
I highly recommend !

Great value! Warm water in the shower (sometimes), wifi, good location, close to the Malecon. I love that if you want a later checkout they give you the option to pay $1/hour. This was great for us as it was pouring rain and our bus didn't leave until 2 pm.
Restaurant wasn't open due to covid, not their fault.

Very close to the center
The share kitchen very small and not enough furnished
A lot of noise in the night because the hotel is very near to the street.
The clients park the cars inside the share space and so when they turn on the cars, a lot of noise and smog.
There reception dont existe.

Beds comfy, shared bathroom was big with 2 toilets 3 showers 3 sinks. Showers had nice pressure and hot water. Very clean. Parking area for 3 maybe 4 vehicles. Even a kitchen to cook your own food but minimal dishes.
Internet was slow

Location
Overcharging. The genius discount was not accepted by hostal although the discounted price was clearly written on the reservation.

- the building is facing a very noisy street, buses, cars and trucks go on all day...
i though would get better after 10pm but the unbeliveable noisy kept on the whole night... if you are able to sleep here you probably wouldnt notice a nuclear attack in your home.
- the room is very hot during the day, and there isn't even a fan to help
- the owner isn't very receptive
