Excellent cheap digs.

Enter an interesting house and enjoy Bradford, a short hop away to the city itself, whilst local amenities are excellent.

Fabulous night away

We absolutely loved everything about this place. Irene was a fabulous host!!! Bed was comfortable, the tea/coffee selection was incredible.

There was nothing we didn't like other than not spending more time here

delightful, unique accommodation with a friendly and kind host.

Lovely homely accommodation, the landlady was very interesting and helpful. Felt very welcome. Enjoyed meeting Elsa the pooch as well. Insanely comfy bed, large room, plenty of facilities, decent coffee, great shower. Very nicely decorated too - with every part of the house a testament to the joy of travel. Thankyou Irene!

Superb

Good contact over phone. Freindly lady. Good size room clean. Use of bathroom and kitchen. Plus owner went away with her 2 dogs so we and our dog could have the whole house and enclosed garden. Close to a lovely park. Neighbour's freindly and kids came out to meet poppy.

Some lights were very dim in rooms. Not keen on area .but partner went out and said people freindly..

Fabulous

Great host, made me feel welcomes from the time I walked in. Room was great, bed was comfortable, there were plenty of tea and coffee options in the room. Owner has a dog but the night was quiet and no noise whatsoever, so had a comfortable sleep. I highly recommend and so booked again for my next visit, good to support our community. The host is a an amazing lady.

Felt like home very welcoming

I really liked the fact this lady opened her home. It’s nothing like a hotel or even a B&B it genuinely feels like you’re staying at a close family home with friends. She has a lonely dog,nice garden and even offered for me to have dinner with her. Her bedroom was very quiet and cosy so I had a great nights sleep.

I wish check out was a little later.

Had to shorten my stay due to a heatwave. Achieved my ambitions and revisited several old haunts.

I liked the property, and the arrangement allowed me freedom to use the kitchen etc. without hinderance though I stayed in my room mostly. I think 'Netflix' had something to do with that. The owner is interesting and wonderfully helpful. Her house has character, the decor reflecting a life of travel to 'colourful' places. a good feel!

Very welcoming, very cosy

Host was very friendly and hospitable, the accommodation was impeccably clean with fantastic decor. I felt very comfortable and at ease, just what I needed after a long journey. Location is quiet and locals are friendly, it is situated about 30 minute walk from town. Would definitely stay here again and I reccomend you do too!

Home from home!!

The whole house and experience was first rate! Everything was provided, but there were LOTS of extra little touches to give an excellent ambience around the house. The owner, Irene, was friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely book again!!

Enjoy Bradford from the Diggs

Irene has travelled widely and loves to look after travellers. She's full of good ideas of things to see locally and also took me on a really lovely walk. He house is full of wonderful crafts and a warm environment. Lovely
