Puedes cambiar tu check-out

La disponibilidad de la cocina y que la misma estuviese equipada, las recamaras muy comodas y el aire acondicionado delicioso

Que me brindaran mas info para la hora de la salida ya que fue hasta el final que me comunicaron que podia pagar el cargo por quedarnos mas tiempo.

Nada, pésimo apartamento camas duras, todo dañado.

Pésimo servicio por parte de la administración de playa blanca, nunca me contestaron alquile una habitacion de 3 y me dieron de 2 y para colmo apartamento para pésimo no dan mantenimiento las puertas de la terraza habia que abrirlas con mucha fuerza, prometieron bbq y no tenia gas y ni siquira resolvieron el tema , hay que tener mucho cuidado a la hora de alquilar por este medio booking recomiendo mas airbnb.

Well located and the staff of the facilities were very polite and with good attitude.

The main bedroom had no curtains, there weren’t batteries in the tv remotes, one of the dinning room chairs was broken and one of the senior member of my family fell off the chair. Definitely needs maintenance.

everything was clean and everything was there in the apartment

There were no curtains which was very annoying, all the staff was very nice but no one was able to talk English so communicating was a bit hard.

Nothing - it’s was a terrible experience from the start.

- Took 2 hours to find apartment and multiple calls. - Directions and staff assistance was shocking - On arrival no towels - waited 2 hours - Booked for 4 people only glasses for 2 - Pans were still dirty with food - BBQ was full with old coal - View was not realistic - construction site

Pass on this place if you care about hygiene.

Breakfast? Was there supposed to be breakfast included? I wish I’d known that! Nothing was included. We received our room key late. We had to argue to get access to the pool with the jet ski. We were charged for an extra person even though we made reservations for that person. I think the guy just pocketed the cash. Will not return

Not enough towels in the apartment. Toilet wasn’t working correctly from the time we got there. The pool bathrooms were filthy and stank. When you flushed the toilet in the pool bathrooms sewage came up threw the floor drain.

Passable

The location with access to the pool and beach was nice. The apartment was spacious and clean. The bar in the town centre and there are a couple of restaurants and a convenience store as well as a couple of shops.

The patio doors did not lock, the wifi did not work in the rooms and only sometimes worked in the town centre. The pillows were hard. There were noises in the building that woke me up.

Good family getaway. With shared pool and bbq on balcony

Excellent host and staff. Nice apartment. Wonderful swimming pool.

The kitchen needs a few more pots and pans, maybe a blender. The apartment is very clean but feels a little old. New towels and a few details will fix that up. A/c is quite and good and necessary

the pool ( the suites one)

They are far from coronado few attractions around, beach is not nice, black sand, bad water colour and bad currencies, very very windy, and the laguna is insanely dirty.

Dirty & no customer service

When we arrived the house completely dirty, sheets in master bedroom were not clean, floors need to clean you can see the tile floor need sweeping & mopping, not access to main pool as promised or WiFi in the property,very complicated day 2 we were able to get a hold of the property manager and came later in the afternoon to take care of situation. Very disappointed with property for the cost.

Location was close to grocery store and a/c work very good.
