This is a very spacious home that is very nicely decorated.
The location of the home is great. Just a block from the beach. There are about 10 large rocks you have to step on to get down to the actual beach. My 70 yr mom needed hand

This pet-friendly house is so well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a family vacation that it makes it difficult to choose any other location. Not to mention that is just steps away from the most beautiful, mostly empty, yet expansive beach on the Pacific Ocean.

The home was spacious for the 12 members. Beautiful home. Nice location but would have like to know difficulty getting down to beach. Great memories made. From Idaho

We went for a Girls Trip - 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This was a perfect location for us. It isn't REALLY within close walking distance of the town/shops (22 min walk, but on the main highway, so would not send our teens walking alone), but we drove in and that was easy. The home had everything that we could have needed. I really appreciated the extra blankets in the living room as well as the bedrooms (it was a STORMY week nearly the whole time). We loved having two dining room tables. We took cloth backed tablecloths for both and set up the back one for crafts/games and the front one for eating. One thing that surprised us was the downstairs temperature was about 10 degrees colder than the upstairs, until the last 2 days. Heat vents are up in the ceiling in the lower rooms. This worked great for those who were down there. I need it warm, so I was thankful to be in the upstairs room.
We bring food to fix all week but planned a lunch out for Wednesday. Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed on Wednesday during Spring Break. HOWEVER - this led us to the Lakeside Hideaway. BY FAR the BEST clam chowder we've had in a long time. My teen who is super picky loved the shrimp melt (they said that they will have dreams about it), and the fish and chips were really yummy as well. It's not a fine dining place, but it was within walking distance (across the highway) and seriously SO GOOD.
Back to the house - it was the first time we have rented a location where we did not have to rearrange the furniture to enjoy the view. Even while sitting on the couch or the chairs, we could look out and see the ocean between the houses. Beach access was a little "iffy". The city had to put up signs on every access point that says "no access", but it's really "access at your own risk" as people were suing towns for accidents on access trails. Most have rocks to step on to get down to the beach, but no railings, and with the sand and the water, they can be slick. Any concerns, easy access is in the center of town.
We will DEFINITELY be back! This was one of the best rentals we have stayed at in the 4 years we've been doing this trip. So clean, so thoughtful and just everything was great!!!

What a great house! Close to the beach. Central to other coast activities too. This was a perfect place to come home to after a day of crisp fall excursions.

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this house. From the thoughtful additions (Roku, cook books, games for all ages) to the completely fully stocked kitchen... the home was much larger than we even imagined. The home is beautifully laid out, and gave us, our children, and pups the room to relax. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The entrance to the beach is less than a half block from the home. We were overjoyed when we went inside. We will be staying here again, and we will recommend to all of our friends and family.

This property really was an easy one-block walk to the beach, and a quick drive to downtown Rockaway Beach. The downstairs bedrooms easily had enough room for our six kids, and they loved that there are TVs with DVD players and streaming access in each bedroom. The house is clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the little amenities provided - coffee maker, crock pot, soap pods, lots of clean towels and blankets, and more. There were travel guides, lots of jigsaw puzzles, and DVDs available. My favorite thing about the house was sitting on the upper deck watching the waves and sunset and hearing the surf - not quite on the oceanfront but close enough. The rate was reasonable and we would totally stay here again.

Very clean house located footsteps from the ocean! Loved to have the small fenced in yard for the dog and my kids loved the bunk bed room. The kitchen was very well stocked both appliances and utensils and there was more than enough sitting room. There were plenty of towels, a garage filled with extra chairs and beach items and we were close to town! We will absolutely be back!

Super clean, well-appointed home. Love the easy access to the beach. Over gracious with towels, blankets, etc. Deck is wonderful! Two things to be aware of: little fenced in yard would be appropriate for large dogs but my little dog escaped because it is not completely enclosed, and they specify only two vehicles. The closest public parking is a bit of a distance and looked pretty sketchy.
Otherwise, it was a fabulous stay!

Had rain, snow, and finally sunshine on our spring break beach trip. Even on the stormy days, the house had plenty of space and good views of the heavy surf so it was still enjoyable.
Liked the little yard for quick dog breaks and loved the easy access to the beach

Our family of 5 had an incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable winter vacation/holiday stay (End of December through first of January). We arrived with Tillamook County having a power outage, High winds and heavy rains, King Tides and flooded streets. The house amenities included a wood burning fireplace. We brought flashlights and headlamps ahead of time then eventually found two small flashlights in the kitchen. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and in excellent clean/cooking condition in which we could prepare all our meals. The local Fred Meyer was open, running on generators, during the outage so we could shop and pick up groceries. We had plenty of blankets, bedding, towels, and linens. The kitchen was stocked with enough garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, 2 kitchen towels (couldn’t find any more), a new kitchen sponge and dish soap. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, 2 hair dryers, pump hand soaps, and a complimentary travel size shampoo/conditioner. Bring your own body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of closet space for clothing with loads of hangers and dressers to store additional clothing.
All in all a fantastic location, excellent neighborhood with kind neighbors, and quick access to hikes, beach explorations, shopping, and restaurants. Favorite eats: Pronto Pup (1 mile away) corn dogs and tator tots, Barview Jetty Convenience Store (3.9 miles away) for take-n-bake pizza (DELICIOUS and gluten free options too) Tillamook Creamery (14 miles away) for burgers, Mac n cheese, ice cream and more when headed north to Cannon Beach or Seaside!

Our party of 4 and 3 doggos enjoyed the spacious house, beautiful views, multiple bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. I was impressed with the ample, comfortable seating options! All beds were comfortable and more on the firmer side which I appreciated. The beach access is very close. I mean like, less than the length of a school bus. When rain pockets happened it was easy to quickly get back in the house. The entrance area with the full size bench and multiple hooks/coat rack was so nice for our rain jackets, dog leash/harness, and towels we brought to wipe the pawpaws off the dogs. The deck seating was great to have coffee in the morning or read a book in the sun.

This is by far our favorite place that we have rented. Beautiful view and perfect location. We loved the gated area in the front for our dogs. We did have to search online for how to make the shower work but— YouTube for the win (heehee). Overall a 5 star stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was lovely! Plenty of room for our extended family of 5, none of whom share a bed (mom, grandma, grown child, almost grown child, semi grown child). All the beds were very comfy and the linens and towels were plentiful.
Lots of spaces to spread out in the home when we needed alone time, and a big space for togetherness when we didn't.
We loved being only a few houses down from the path to the beach. The rock steps down do require some agility, so grandma needed to walk a couple blocks north to access some proper steps with a railing.
Being able to hear and see the ocean from the great room and deck was especially lovely. We enjoyed several dinnertime sunsets.

The house is in a great location with a wonderful view! The house was updated and had all the amenities.
The only item I wish was different was our arrival. The weather was wonderful however the house had been closed up and was very warm/stuffy and with the smell of the cleaning products not very pleasant. We immediately opened up the windows however it really didn’t cool down until late in the evening.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this home again.
