location, premises and staff
felt the food was 3star - not four star. Also music selection was a bit weird for around the pool. Need to create a chilled vibe through music

The property was beautiful, the rooms was clean and elegant and when we arrived there was a baby bed made up for us at the room which we requested, but also there was a baby bath in the bathroom which was great after a long journey, the staff was absolutely lovely could not do enough for you and was just lovely people, was so welcoming on just our short stay we have decided to go back.

Very nice hotel although the impression you get when arriving is more of a conference hotel for seminars etc. "Chambre-d'Hotes" alike ...
The long distance from the car parking to the reception, and the sandy path to get there which is not ideal when you have luggage i.e. your luggage wheels are sticking and blocking in the sand.
No elevator.
Reception closing in the evening.
