Great property and great host

The location was great, right in the old town. Visually inside it was really authentic. Really good facilities, the kitchen has everything. Parking was just outside the old town about 5 min walk which wasn’t bad even with suitcases and two prams. The host was really responsive on messages and very nice and understanding of our two young loud children. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The toilet and kitchen was across the hall from the living/sleeping area. But this isn’t an issue as you are the only people staying there. Apart from the owners upstairs. I would defo recommend this property

Nothing. A cot would have been better but it didn’t make our stay less enjoyable.

great location

Alexander was a very good host. He left some presents in the room for us. He was very hospitable and kind. The house was in the center of the Old Town. Transportation was easy. The house was the cleanest house I have ever stayed in. Also, we were very happy to have Turkish coffee.

Since we only stayed for five days, it was not a problem, but the kitchen and bathroom were outside the room. This can be a bit of a challenge if you are considering a long-term stay.

Perfect spacious apartment right in the old city! You will be hanging your laundry in the pics everyone takes of the gate to the Kotor Fortress! ;)

Parking is a little bit further away, but that is logical as no cars can enter the old town. Anyway the apartment is close to the citygate

Wonderful experience staying at

This was a gorgeous space in a prime location within the Old Town. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and provided for all my needs and beyond.

Wonderful experience staying at the Neda apartment. I was greeted by Luka, and he gave me the keys and a tour of the property. The space was clean, the facilities were nice, and I felt very comfortable in the luxurious space.

Great location, just a few steps from Old Twon's north gate. Great contact with the host before and during the stay, he helped us with the parking situation, which means a lot in Kotor! The apartment is super clean, spacious, and well equipped. No negative aspects, you can book without hesitation!

Great location and a very large apartment with all facilities.

Paid parking in the public carpark is the only option at 0.80€ per hour.

Fantastic apartment in the perfect spot.

Beautiful apartment in the old town! Very well appointment apartment with a little kitchen and washing machine. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the host was very friendly and helpful. Located in the perfect spot within the old town walls. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

A nice apartment in Kotor's old town

The apartment is located close to several restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, air-conditioning, et,. Also a few items were already present, like: sugar, coffee, some teas, soap.

The apartment is divided by two by the entry stairs which makes the usage of it a bit akward. For example: Others persons are going to the above floors during the night and you might be going to the bathroom

100% RECOMMEND

I rarely write reviews unless it pleases me so so much. The location was just perfect! The apartment is located at the heart of Stari Grad and there is only 10 mins walk to the beach. The owner and his family were very kind and supportive from very beginning till the end. Every accommodation was provided for living. Enjoyed our stay with my husband at Neda Apartment! Definitely will choose them again!

Appartement please me very much, and was close to everything within the beautiful city of Kotor.

Silent location in old town. Large appartment, and additionally a bathroom and kitchen available. Everything very clean and nice. Friendly, who helped me with bringing my luggage to the room. If I would come to Kotor again, I would rebook, without doubt.

Would recommend for the value and perfect location. Many tourists taking photos outside your window

Loved the location. Very welcoming host. Plenty of space.

The separated kitchen space and bathroom from the apartment was a little difficult in having to lock three total doors when leaving the apartment each time.
