Superbe et pratique appartement de style

Appartement correspondant parfaitement à la description : style ancien confortablement rénové, grand et trés bien équipé, situé à 10 minutes de la place centrale et 10 minutes de la gare Porta nova donc parfait pour visiter la ville et rayonner dans la région. Quartier de charmes avec commerçants d'équipement proches.

Tous les échanges avec gestionnaire de l'appartement ont été réalisés sur Whatsapp. Les instructions étaient claires, mais ces échanges se sont réduits vraiment au minimum . La présence physique d'un hôte n'est pas indispensable, mais cet accueil était un peu décevant.

Loved Verona, want to come back, everything walking distance to apartment

Lovely apartment, clean & spacious, great location, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, heating easy to work, (it was raining hard and we needed to dry shoes etc), would certainly come back. Plenty of cups, glasses etc, fridge, (we didn't use anything else)

Asked if we could drop bags and were told no, had just left them in station, when got a text to say we could indeed. Shame 5 mins earlier would have been great. Asked for passport copies the day before travelling, a little earlier would be better considering the apartment was booked for at least 6 months in advance. Strange old Italian plug sockets everywhere except 1 in kitchen so our EU adaptors didn't work, but the one in the kitchen saved us. Overall a fantastic apartment.

Un très bel appartement et nous avons adoré Vérone.

La location est excellente. On peut marcher à partir de la gare et le quartier est tranquille avec l’épicerie et des restos à proximité tout en permettant d’aller rapidement au cœur du centre de Vérone.

Nous aurions apprécié trouver du sel, du poivre, et suffisamment de café pour trois personnes.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved Verona.

Good location in the historic area. Great atmosphere and very nicely renovated.

The apart would be great for a family with small children. We were two couples and the single beds in the second bedroom were very small. Not big enough for a tall man.

Exceptional

Immaculate throughout, very comfortable beds and pillows. 2 bathrooms, which was ideal. Very easy auto-checkin, which was helpful as our train was delayed . 10 minutes walk to supermarket and 15 to Arena. Would stay there again if visiting Verona

For a property that sleeps four people, would be great to have 4 comfy chairs in the living area. The main bathroom door needs fixed as it’s unable to stay closed.

Superb

I liked this apartment it was very clean and comfortable and not far from Piazza Bra and the centre of verona. The 2 bathrooms were great one was en suite and it was lovely and homely. There was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us.

The only criticisms I have is there wasn't a draining board for washing up and no tea towels either so made it a little difficult. I think complimentary tea coffee sugar and milk would be nice for people that may arrive late and can't get milk.

OK but spoilt by the lack of attention to our arrival.

Position of appt is good and the fittings are correct

We had sent a mail to the owner advising that we would arrive by 10.00 and when we arrived there was no one there. The hair salon next door was very helpful as he managed to contact the owner who came within an hour. The main problem is that the tel number on booking .com is incorrect (missing a number). According to the hairdresser this is niot the first time that similar problems have occurred. Need uch better ability to respond to mails etc.

Great location. Very clean. Lots of room for a family of four adults including a comfortable sitting area. Comfortable beds. The two full bathrooms made it quick for everyone to get ready and out to explore. Easy walking access from the train station and to the centre of the old city and shops.

Was generally clean. Beds were comfortable. Was well located for exploring. Verona.

Host skimped on supplies (tiny bottles of shampoo/body wash, partial rolls of toilet paper, no dish towel or dish cloth for washing dishes used in kitchenette; not provide towels for third guest coming part way through stay. Kettle and major pot not clean. When brought to his attention several times, he only provided one set of guest towels.

Outstanding

This appartement ist outstanding in every aspect. Quiet area close to the Arena. Renovated building, spacious rooms, two bedrooms and two bath rooms, functionally and tastefully furnished and decorated. Simply perfect!

A great location - very tasteful interior - calm and quiet and still in walking distance to the centre. An incredible polite and welcoming host who recommended a phantastic restaurant to us as well...We really appreciated that we could rent the appartment for only one night!! highly recommended!
