Nice place to stay

The property is neat and clean, well managed and the hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The food served in the restaurant is tasty and the rooftop bar has nice ambiance. The area feels safe.

The rooms are small compared to other hotels but it’s ok. Ibis Styles is not known for big rooms.

there are plenty of restaurants choice , the food is execellent , the 1 metre snack is iconic. room is small but good enough for 1 double and 1 single bed. it gets all the basic facilities like hair dryer and kettle.

rooms has no small frigidaria as usual in any ibis hotel around the world -people carry medicine and or drink such as water and there should be a small space for small frigidaria otherwise all are ok

No running water

Nice restaurant, convenient coffee canteen.

We found a paper in the room informing us that we might experience low water pressure during the night until the early morning. Had they informed us beforehand at the check in, we would have cancelled our stay and booked somewhere else. The worst part was that the water was instead completely shut down from 11pm to the next day 1pm. Not having running water before going to bed and when waking up is very uncomfortable. We asked for a full refund for our stay which the manager of the hotel agreed to, but a month later I still haven't received the refund because of technical difficulties.

1. There were no robes nor hotel flip flops provided in the room. 2. I did not expect dental kit to be sold to me. As a frequent traveler, all the places ive been to provide a dental kit

Nice & beautiful Place.

Everything was Perfect. Cleanliness, Ambience, Staff Cooperation. Rooms are perfect.

Rooms are small size with no wardrobes. Food Is super expensive, i had to go to Seven Eleven near Anghiti Restaurant or Carrefour to buy stuff.

Great.

The breakfast was excellent and well complimented, though without coffee. The staff were attentive but not intrusive, the room was superb value. The airport transfer that they arranged was great.

We stayed for one night in transit to safari and they made it very pleasant, so we didn’t dislike anything at all.

I requested an invoice for my company.Being told it would only be issued when I go out although everything was paid for.When I left no invoice could be issued as there was something wrong.It will be send to my email address.I only got an invoice after 7 calls , a message and WhatsApp message and only after contacted the manager. I understand if there is something wrong with computers but then please keep me informed.

Generally Ibis Styles is a good play to stay with friends.

The ordering of meals after scanning the QR Code to access the menu for that rooftop restaurant. The staff were so professional. Every day the room was cleaned which is good. The wifi-was helpful, especially in ordering Uber to take me to Kirawa road for my workshop. The staff at the entrance and reception were joyful, what a delight. The fact that I booked online and they never demanded payment before arrival wa ssuch a good thing. It made me trust the hotel.

The expensiveness of even little meals like fries, passion fruit juice, sandwiches, etc. Not sure if they have UN rates at the hotel. Didn't ask.

The reason I was in Nairobi was amazing

Breakfast was great

I couldn't sleep at night, something I was allergic to but I could not figure it out,I would cough badly all night if I tried to sleep on the bed. I struggled the whole stay with that. But to be honest I am allergic to a lot of things.Otherwise everything else was great

At an 75$price point including breakfast this is well worth it if it’s 90 plus more there are enough options in Nairobi

location ,whatever is in the room works well check in and check out was seamless ,Great for a quick stay if you’re only having hand carry luggage

Doesn’t have a lot of things you expect in a 3 star hotel for example a cupboard or a mini refrigerator in the room
