Any time again!

Perfect located and very well equiped flat. High quality furnitures, very good bed. Very clean. Good communication with owner.

Not a lot of direct sunlight, but this is normal in the old town in winter. Pretty thin walls.

Location is perfect

Location was great. Clean and fairly well equipped. Good size. Air conditioning. Quiet.

The amount of steps to the apartment and up to the bed need highlighting. 50 steps to get there and very steep steps up to bed. Any mobility issues would result in access being a nightmare. Even my very tall partner struggled with coming down the stairs in the night for the loo! We didn’t have any real day light as the only windows look right out to other properties and if the shutters were open then they’d see straight in. Extra pillows and duvet were provided but no covers. The toilet needs attention as it gets stuck filling up, clearly a known problem as there is an instructional sticker above it. Parking was a nightmare as Nice is very busy but we did find somewhere close by, had to move the car every day though. Instructions for picking up keys were a little vague and no name on the apartment doorbell as we were told there would be. Staff were not easily accessible all the time - bit hit and miss.

Exceptional

Very nice apartment just outside of the Old Town. Very close to everything. Wonderful location in the middle of everything. Good communication with the hosting company via app and email.

Do not have any staff per se. 21st century. All communications are through the app or email.

Cute apartment in good location, but not the best for older people.

Cute apartment in great old town location. Easy tram ride from the train station

Finding the key was tricky. We were directed to a real estate office with a sign on the door telling us to go to a cafe close by. I couldn't immediately find the code number to give the woman so she did not turn over the keys. I eventually found it so all was well. The apartment is very cute. We are an older couple in our 70's so the 4 dozen steps up and down to the street were unwelcome. There is also a tricky stairway to the loft.

Superb

Perfect Location, Apartment was clean and had all amenities for comfortable stay, including high speed internet, Smart tv , enough please for clothes. Easy check it and check out. Strongly recommend for couples or even for the family with 1 kid.

It was fine.. a bit noisy from the bar next door.. the hallway and staircases are really poor though, dirty, poorly decorated and very disappointing. The apartment was fine but we cannot understand why the utility room is upstairs next to the bed & the bathroom next to the ceiling.. the stairs to the mezzanine were also too narrow.

perfect central location, clean place, could hear neighbours

clean place, perfect location, lovely stuff who met me upon the late arrival. fyi late arrival have to be paid separately.

at the apartment you could hear everything from the neighbours. as it is the old town of Nice the building is the opposite of soundproof. won’t suit for a quiet holiday, otherwise take earplugs with you.

Very noisy - ruined our stay

Great central location in the heart of old town. Located above two very popular tourist bars that play loud music until 2am. With the windows closed the music from the bars was muffled but still audible. There’s AC in the unit so this wasn’t much of an issue.

As mentioned above the apartment is located above two bars, but the noise from the bars was nothing comparable to the noise from the hallway. The apartment has some sort of tinted glass barrier where a door used to be (see photo), but this does NOT function as a wall and there was absolutely zero sound barrier. We could hear everything from the hallway and presumably people in the hallway could hear everything from inside the apartment. Unfortunately during our weekend stay, we had a large group of young partiers staying across the hall from us who were in and out of the hallway, yelling, playing loud music until 5AM each night. It truly felt like the voices and noise was coming from INSIDE the apartment due to the poor sound insulation. We didn’t get any sleep the night before our long flight home. Even though this was obviously an unlucky circumstance to be next to a group of young partiers, I feel like the owner of the apartment should invest more into sound proofing the door instead of using a cheap glass barrier. I would highly caution against staying here if you need a good night’s sleep, mostly from the hallway noise issue but also the location of the apartment being above the bars.

From the moment I engaged with the host regarding administrative issues with booking to the moment I left, I had a great experience. The location is superb and central. The apartment has all you need.

Good choice to stay at nice

1st thing is the location next to antique brand shops/restaurants/sea/metro station 2nd the street is always busy and noisy till 10 pm after that its not safe as there are a lot of bars and so many drunk ppl (out of their minds) will be around 3rd apartment was well furnished with everything, cleaned, and towels/ napkins/ cooking utensils except (knives /spoon/ forks). Cleaning products are also their. 4th host was responsive and helpful for questions

1st the apartment is located inside very dark building looks like ghosted with homeless sleeping at the gate. 1st when i arrived i was scared and hesitated to enter. Called the host and asked for double checking im at the right building and directions to go to the apartment since there is no number on the apartments. Make sure to use the light next to the gate inside to switch on the lights upon your arrival 2nd too many stairs to take if u have heavy luggages it will kill your muscles. As its the big gigantic old stairs steps 3rd the apartment design is not good having washing machine in the bed room second floor and bathroom downstairs. It will tire you if u are that person who do so many visits during sleeping time. Plus annoying to sleep when washing machine is on. 4th the washing machine doesn't have a dryer and even with 15 mins washing period the clothes will be like they were washed for 1 hour. You will be provided with hanger to dry the clothes but will take forever since not enough wind will be coming through the window. 5th the cabs cant approach the building so you have to order them near outside the street or sea side 6th be carful to walk outside early morning a lot of drunk ppl

Lovely relaxing stay

Bottled water, milk and apple juice in the fridge, nice touch. Great shower in bathroom, very powerful !

It's a lively area, above a great bar (Waynes) so you may get music noise late at night, but shouldn't bother you unless you're a very light sleeper. I would DEFINITELY book this again 👍😁🛌
