Beautiful accommodation not far from Antigua center (10mins by walking) in a quiet part of town. Very kind staff, we were welcomed also late evening around 10pm. Free drinking water, great breakfast and amazing view from the terrace.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly, the breakfast was fresh and authentic. The balcony is a great place to relax and take in the views.
The location is around a 20 minute walk to the heart of Antigua

The staff is incredible, very supportive and helpful. I recommend getting to know them. We requested twice early breakfast and it was served always on time. One of us was vegan and they prepared beans, with a big bowl of fruits, bread and fried plantain. We arrived before check in time and the room was already ready. The terrace has an incredible view and breakfast can be enjoyed up there.
Other guests have commented on the location. We thought it was nice to stay at a quieter place. The walk into the city is only 15 minutes and very beautiful along ruins and less busy (but equally beautiful) streets.
I do not recommend it to solo travelers, as it is mostly couples that stay here, unless you want a more tranquil place

The lady that made us our breakfast and did our washing was lovely and really friendly. Super helpful offering to make breakfast for us early when we had an early start
The balcony was great
The man that checked us in unfortunately completely ruined our stay. He came back from a night out at 2.45 with a friend and made a lot of noise in the courtyard which woke us up. They continued to make noise on the balcony but came back down again at 4.30. My partner went outside to politely ask them to keep the noise down but they refused to believe that they had kept us awake. The man then continued to drink water incredibly loudly outside our room (didn't realise you could drink that loudly) and slam him cup down on the table every two minutes. I went to the toilet and he was standing outside our room giving an intimidating stare. He continued to make a lot of noise until he went to bed at about 7/8 in the morning. We didn't sleep half the night and felt pretty uncomfortable for the rest of our stay here so for this reason I wouldn't recommend staying here.

the roof terrace was great! The housekeeper was really sweet and definitely made this an amazing stay.
it is a bit out of the centre.

This property was really nice. The lady that works here is so friendly and the breakfast she made every morning was delicious. We loved watching the volcano erupt from the rooftop terrace as we ate breakfast. The shared bath and shower is small, but was always clean. You can walk to Antigua city in 10-15 minutes.

The owner and staff were super nice and helpful. The place was clean. The view on the roof was neat

The terrace was beautiful, could see the volcano and Antigua at one sight.
The owner received us drunken, which made my partner very nervous. It was not a pleasant experience, and that ruined the whole impression of the accommodation, even though the room was OK and the terrace was terrific.
Beside, it was a little bit far from the center, so walking at night wasn't a great option.

Nice comfy bed with big bathroom attached. The staff were so friendly . The pancakes for breakfast were so delicious and the rooftop is awesome! You can see Volcano Fuego which is very unique for Antigua.
The location isn’t the best however we took a Tuk Tuk into town a few times and it cost about 15-20 Q each way. Very cheap.

Having a breakfast at nice roof terrace with a view of three volcanos was a great experience! The house is quiet, with good wi-fi. Excellent hosts. Water, coffee and common kitchen were availble.
No parking place for a car, you have to find a spot somewhere around. The bed was a bit hard and it was cold in the night, no heating nor additional blanket was available. It was not possible to close the restroom's door and the shower itself worked strange.

* Quiet, clean, facility * friendly and helpful staff, * amazing views of volcanoes on the roof top patio, * free delicious breakfast, * use of kitchen facilities, * walking distance to downtown, * and very important: host made transportation arrangements from and to GUA airport so we didn't have to worry
* Our room was smaller than some others, but adequate for our stay.

The staff is super nice and they'll give you very useful tips for traveling and about the culture. The view from their terrace is amazing and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Also delicious breakfast.

the owners and the stuff have been extremely welcoming and kind. they helped us arrange the shuttles to Lake Atitlan and prepared every morning a very tasty breakfast that we ate on top of the terrace

We had the best views of volcanos Fuego and Acatenango from their rooftop terrace. Irwin was also extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Simple but cozy place where we had everything we needed :)

A great place to stay in Antigua! Our room was comfy and clean and the rooftop terrace was a great place to eat, hang out, and relax. And Rosa’s breakfasts were delicious! A bit out of town (10-15 min walk) but we liked being away from the hustle and bustle.
Nothing!

The balcony offers an amazing view for breakfast and any other time. The host speaks fluent English and is very helpful.
The shared toilet and shower is small.

The rooftop is delightful and the staff was so nice, agreeing to make us breakfast after the designated breakfast time because of other commitments that morning. The bed was very comfortable too and the wifi fast.
The shower and toilet feels a little run down and the location is quite far from the centre.

Nice staff, cute house with a special flair, clean, beautiful view
I would do something about the shared bathroom (especially shower). Was a bit inconvenient taking a shower in there - tiny and no place to put your stuff and didn't feel that safe with the electrics in this tiny humid area. (but maybe that's just me).
It's a bit outside so you need to walk 10- 15min (just for information, I wasn't bothered).

the terrace with a nice view, the host as Irving is very helpful and nice.
the rooms are ok and location is not in the center but good enough if you can walk
nothing, maybe a bit far from centre but this is the price for quiet :)

Irving was a top host, he helped us book the hike to vulcano acatenango and fuego. Also he provided a shuttle to San Pedro La Laguna. Top place to be, a little bit out of the centre but away from noise. Great view from the terras on the vulcanos. Everyrhing is super clean , great breakfast. Best stay in antigua. Super faster internet
Difficult to find, a thing to work on.

Irving, the owner, is very down to earth and very helpful. Rosa, the cook, is a deligand makes good breakfast!! The views of the volcanoes from the terrace are rewarding, especially of Fuego's daily volcanic activities!

Staff: the super friendly owner, Irwing, and the housekeeper Rosa made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
Location: great that it’s a little out of the town centre. Lovely views from the rooftop!
Breakfast: this was tasty and Rosa made an effort to feed us even on our last day while we were just about to jump on a bus!
Cleanliness: rooms were clean and tidy, and attended to daily.
The rooms were clean and tidy, but some areas may need attention and repair in the near future as they were showing some age and wear. The ceiling in our room was chipping and little white paint was falling in our bed.

the hosts were super-friendly, so lovely and helpful (they organized pick-up from the airport, which worked just perfect)
clean and spacious room, good shower, nice terrace with amazing view
as I got up early, I got my breakfast even before the normal serving hours, highly appreciated
15 minutes by foot to the city centre, but there’s nothing to complain about the accommodation itself

What a beautiful place! Rosa was the most amazing hostess ever, who made us feel like home. She and her son took very well care of us and we would definately recommend this place. Amazing roofterrace on which you can see three volcanoes!
Nada!
