Wonderful home base for exploring Split

Excellent location, in old town but away from the crowds, easy access to parking and taxis. Quiet. Clean. Spacious. Air conditioning worked great. Friendly staff, good communication before arrival.

Comfortable accommodation in the heart if split

The room was very modern and clean. Good central location but in the fringe of the super busy centre of split. The bedding was a little odd in that there was no top sheet for a king bed apart from a small doona and a seperate doona cover that did not fit the bed.

Probably the bed linen being inadequate and too small for the bed. There are many stairs to climb so it would not suit an older couple or physically impaired travellers.

Superb accommodation in a wonderful location

Brilliant location on the edge of the old town, a few minutes walk to everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful and had great suggestions for cafes and restaurants- Articok, Bepa and Bokeria. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, in 6 weeks away. We had lovely views of the trees in the park from our windows. Highly recommend.

Location was spectacular, right at Golden Gate. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Room was very good and well equipped and spacious.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIANCE

New renovated, fresh, modern … at the moment we went in we felt like home. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel comfortable. Very good recommendations from host for sightseeing and dinner locations. Excellent service and extreme helpful.

One night in Split

Very nice room with high level standard. Well-placed accommodation if you want to be close to the city centre. Also good to have a fridge.

It is good to know that it cannot be compared to a hotel. There is, for example, no lift and the reception has limited opening hours. Don't listen too much to the recommendations you get for restaurants (the tips feel sponsored) and make sure you get at least two keys (nothing in the room works unless the key is inserted). I also lacked a wine opener and an iron. They've done everything they can to keep the noise out of the city's nightlife, but it's not recommended if you're sensitive to noise, because it's a party district.

Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, in walking distance to many restaurants and stores and sites. Looked new or newly remodeled. Nice coffee shop right around the corner. The room was clean, well furnished, comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern.

Honestly did not have any complaints about the room or location.

We LOVED. Arrived so tired, hot, jet-lagged. It was quiet, very cool (great A/C even in August), comfy beds, perfect pillows. And it is right outside of the old city. About 1/2 block walk. So you are so close but also insulated from the crowds and noise. In an ancient building - I don't know how they got everything to work so well. Seems brand new. Also, we're a family of 5 and rented 2 rooms. They had a room with a king + a twin, and then a queen room. So hard to find a room for 3 people.

Perfect location and cozy beautiful room.

The location was perfect. Literally at an entrance to the Palace and a short walk to the Riva promenade. Our room overlooked a small park on the northern edge of the palace and we could see the statue of Gregor Nin. Coming back throughout the day was easy, and it was a quiet refuge. The room was not large, but was very picturesque and bright- love the brick walls. The bathroom was very modern and luxe. Plenty of storage space. We requested extra blankets through WhatsApp, and they brought them right away.

The info on arrival could have been more helpful. They gave us a few restaurant recommendations but didn’t mention other things like the produce market or convenience stores etc. No Kleenex in the room.

Amazing location, beautiful and peaceful - Just PERFECT!

Pellegrini was one of the highlights during our stay in Split! The location is amazing, you are in the very heart of Split, while it’s super quiet and perfect for restful sleep! The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of the park and fortress! The bed is huge and so comfortable! The staff was wonderful and super helpful, kudos to them! We can’t wait to visit this place again, it’s a true GEM!

everything was perfect except the mattress, protectors or sheets were made from polyester and didn't breathe properly so we ended up being very hot and sweaty. shame, as all other aspects were as we needed.

Not for car owners.

The rooms were nicely decorated , and the fittings were modern. I thought they were spacious too. The rooms are on the second floor, so some carrying of bags required, but certainly not impossible(unless you have mobility issues), and the receptionist was kind enough to help with our bags. Very close to town, which is good for restaurants and bars. Rooms had a kettle and a fridge.

The lack of parking makes this accommodation almost pointless for anyone with a car. You have to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to find somewhere to park( it’s Split though, so lack of parking is well known - if you have a car find somewhere further away from the centre). The curtains in the room are too light, blackout blinds would be sensible. The rooms seem to have no soundproofing whatsoever, so noise from the other rooms or the corridor can be heard and then also from outside ( there’s a bar directly outside which was loud) The bed was not comfy, could do with a topper of some kind The towels were fairly threadbare There was no milk available, just creamer(a small jug in the room fridge would be a nice touch)

Excellent location near the old town of Split. Rooms nicely decorated and very clean with a safe, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Was able to make a late check in and a taxi booked for my flight the following morning which was extremely helpful.
