Superb

This apartment is amazing! The building manager quickly responded to messages, greeted us at the door to give a tour of the apartment, and then came back a few minutes later with a chilled bottle of wine! With incredible views of the sea and city, a huge balcony with seating for 5, large bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, we really enjoyed our stay. The doors to the balcony doubled as windows and could be adjusted to have shade during the day and catch the cool sea breeze at night. With its close proximity to the city, we could walk to ‘old town’ in the morning, enjoy the beach in the afternoon, take a short nap before dinner, and head back for an evening out with ease. The balcony was the perfect place to watch sunrise/sunset, do some stargazing, and observe planes and boats coming and going. We would highly recommend staying here!

Very good

The property was lovely, about 1-2 km from the old town, beautiful view, very nice area, a bit of a walk to town but doable. The room was clean ,it had everything you needed, the son's of the owners were very kind ,they met us with the keys, took our bags up the stairs, (lots of stairs )and even offered to drive us into town. If you are driving or even being dropped off make sure you come into the back entrance (Still stairs here), there is parking either in the apartment block or on the street, the apartments are situated between two parallel streets the back is on the upper street, the front is on the lower street and its quite a steep block. There is no pool on the property, but places close by if you want to swim. You can swim off the rocks, its beautiful and the water is so clear directly below the property, but its about 300?? or more stairs down. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Well if you cant do stairs it could be difficult

Fantastic views and large apartment. Super friendly owners.

It is a bit of a trek into town, at least 15-20 minutes and there are lots of stairs. Better quality bedding and towels would be appreciated as they are really poor quality and not very nice to sleep in. Felt like I was at school camp they were so basic. No beach towels.

What a view

The view was amazing , the location was great so near a shop, beach and 15 min walk to the Old Town. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed for our stay

Fantastic location and stunning view. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Friendly host, immediately responsive to our one request for additional supplies. The parking spot immediately outside was so convenient… no need to carry luggage up and down stairs!!

One of the beds could have used a topper for some additional comfort.

great location and views

location is perfect and just a 6min walk down hill to the Old Town. Balcony and view was amazing

the room was smaller than expected but perfect for a short stay for 2 people

Superb patio with a vew near the Old Town..

The sea vew was exactly as on the pictures and the size of apparentment patio was simply impressive! The host was also fantastic, meeting us late in the night on a short notice (flight delay) and promptly helping us with any nuances we got during our stay. Kitchen had a coffee machine. Parking was convenient on a reserved space. The location is also fantastic - a few minutes walking from the old town.

Washing machine would be nice. ,

Nice place at a decent price.

We had a great view of the ocean and of the old town. We did have a parking spot which we had to pay a bit more for. Parking is hard to find in Dubrovnik so it was worth the price!

Even though we informed the host of arrival time before we arrived we had to wait a long time for someone to show up with the keys. We did have some communication problems due to language barriers. On our last night, another guest took up so much space in the parking area that we paid for that we were forced to find other parking.
