Good and comfortable stay in an excellent location.

Good apartment, clean and in a good location. Excellent service from local management company - Anna was really good and prompt in her response. Nice to have a parking spot.

There are no TV channels available. As a minimum, ALL apartments which are rented out to foreign visitors MUST have some international TV channels (CNN, BBC News, Al Jazeera, plus a few channels in French, German, Italian). The description should be more clear about the minimal view of the sea, that it is facing another building, etc.

Great apartment, great service around it, I wish to come back again.

The apartment is perfectly located, it is spacious, fully equipped, there is a lot of natural light, included is parking. In the apartment there is abundance of towels and plenty of adapters for European power plug - these are the key benefits.

The rooftop swimming pool is unfortunately closing at 7pm and there is no way how to get there later - this was the major drawback. The lift door in block 2 are sooooo slow;-)

Superb

Great Location right on the sea front, Very spacious apartment perfect for us (group of 3). Rooftop pool was a bonus to cool down after a long day.

On site parking wasn't great at night. But once were found free parking nearby it was much better. May be worth adding that there Is free parking nearby.

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Exceptionally clean. Located opposite the beach, ATM, little shop that sold everything you need on the doorstep. Few local places to eat & drink without having to walk far. Apartment hostesses were lovely, very helpful. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The apartment provided everything that you needed for a comfortable stay.

The only negative was the unsightly building across the road from the balcony view.

The apartement was spaceous with two bathrooms. We loved the balcony also. Everything was superclean. They had many EU switches in the apartment for us to use. The staff were very nice and responded quickly if we had questions. Beach is right in front of the house, 1 minute to the beach!

You could have some basic ingridients for making food in the kitchen -like salt, pepper and a bottle of oil.

Literally, everything about it, other than the things mentioned below, was awesome. Thanks, folks!!

Like most that I've seen in Cyprus, the parking lot is tiny with narrow spaces. Barely crawling out of your car because you have two-inches of clearance between yourself and the car next to you is not fun - and I'm a relatively small person. It would be impossible for anyone large. Also, it might just be me - but I found that not being able to flush toilet paper to be quite strange and somewhat unsanitary. That being said, from my understanding, it doesn't appear to be related specifically to this rental. Still, though, it's odd and makes you question what kind of breeding-ground for bacteria that would be. I'm told that's common to Europe - but when I deployed to Europe and the Middle East in 2011, I didn't encounter any of that in any country that I visited. *shrug* I don't know if it's worth mentioning or if it could even be corrected at your level.

Would recommend and use again.

The apartment was spacious, airy and clean. It was well maintained apart from the patio door and we were offered someone to come and fix it but we declined. Nice being greeted on arrival and departure by the host. Great it had all the essentials to start. Eg. Tea, coffee, washing powder, cleaning materials

Swimming pool didn't seem very well maintained. But after speaking to the host this was addressed. Just needed a few more cups and glasses in the apartment. When you have 4 people and dishwasher you need quite a few. A bin in the bedrooms would have also been nice. Balcony door did not have a lock.

the hot water system within the apartment is maddening and incomprehensible which led to some cold showers during our days there
