Exceptional

We had a lovely time in Alexandra Villas - with a stunning view and a terrace to die for! Quiet and with just four apartments, we've had the pool a lot to ourselves. We hired a car, which is necessary if travelling with children at least. Gouvia didn't really do it for us, but there are plenty of beaches in the area - I would definitely go again!

An excellent stay in a beautiful tranquil setting.

The peace and quiet, the pool, the surroundings, the uniqueness of the villa - all excellent. The housekeeper, Afroditi was lovely and extremely hard working.

The sink in the corner of the kitchen was difficult to access and use, but we managed. You really need a car to get around/shop etc, although there is a very good cash and carry within walking distance.(many items have to be bought in bulk, and no fresh fruit/veg, but an excellent freezer department)

Superb

Amazingly well equipped villa. Everything you might need was there. The villa was comfortable and clean and the swimming pool was well maintained. Very quiet and peaceful area.

The single lane drive up a steep slope to the villa was fine as long as you didn't meet another car coming the other way. Fortunately since we were out of the main summer season and only one other villa was occupied this didn't happen for us.

Exceptional

We are very satisfied from our stay. Conditions were on a very high standard. It is well equipped with almost all you can imagine. Starting from coffe machine, all necessary kitchen equipment and ending on mosquitos repellents. Location is perfect, big spacious garden, gives you privacy and big swimming pool will give you a bit of a rest from hot summer. You can get the city and a sea side in 10 minutes via car. This is a perfect place to have a rest. This accommodation gives you a lot of privacy and is located in beautiful , green and peaceful place.

Outstanding place in quite and green location with fantastic view on marina from the big terrace. We loved the design of the house and all the small things that makes it one of its kind. Big pool surrounded by trees. Great stay ! Thank you.

Great vacation home with a private and calm environment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandra Villas. The location and view are absolutely stunning. The communication with Alexandra Villas was excellent as well. You will find a well-furnished home that is situated perfectly for a quiet privat holiday. Also we loved the pool.

Very good

This property is very peaceful. The utilities provided are amazing. The pool is very clean and the surroundings are very well kept. The villas offer very good value for money. The communication before hand was very quick. They are very polite and I would recommend a stay here.

One of our toilets wasn’t working which was a shame. You really must have a car rental in order to get to town or the good beaches. Taxis are expensive and it’s cost effective to hire a car.

Nice!

The place is as described, pretty, calm, clean, very nice pool. It was very private in the nature. Nice terrasse with a pretty view on the sea. Well located close to the main spots although you need a car to move around. Good for a family or a couple. Thank you.
