Absurd hoge prijzen. Ook voor de wasservice.

An absolute jewel in the heart of Casco Viejo. Architecture, cleanliness, staff, all superb.
Although I was upgraded to a suit, the windows were placed too high and I couldn’t enjoy any view.

staff is so friendly and professional
The location is wonderful
The breakfast is amazing
in the breakfast area they is one waiter, on the heavy side of Weight, I apologize not to remember his name, every morning he greeted me with the biggest smile, always made sure I had coffee double checked on me and Maria. His service is what makes great hotels great.
He has black hair, and always wear a black outfit. I just can’t remember his name 😢
Professionals like him that make you wanna come back to the hotel time in and time out.
Thank you so much for hiring such a wonderful man

The staff was stellar. In particular, Alanys, a server in the dining room for the breakfast buffet, was exceptional--very attentive without being cloying, patient with my elementary Spanish and always cheerful to see me. I'm sure the Hotel Central management recognize her potential and will nuture her career in hospitality. No less friendly and attentive were Josalyn and Walter. Great assets to the hotel staff!! In addition, Josue, my guia and driver did a wonderful job.
Unfortunately, interior repairs to the hotel and pool area needed to be made. I realize there's no good time to do these things, and commend the staff for being a accommodating as possible.

Location was good. The hotel itself is very pretty. The rooms, though nice and clean, were on the smaller side. Staff was polite and helpful. The woman playing violin in the restaurant was a very nice touch.
A bit on the pricy side.

Cama, lençóis e travesseiros ótimos. Tinha tudo necessário com muito conforto.
O box do chuveiro molhava o chão.

Niets alles was prima

We had a lovely stay here - the staff were particularly helpful and friendly, the breakfasts were delicious and the overall experience was relaxing and luxurious. The hotel is in the heart of Casco Viejo, which meant we were able to walk to some of the beautiful historic sites.
For trips outside of the immediate area, staying at the hotel does involve some reliance on taking taxis/Ubers, as the public transport connections to the modern parts of the city aren’t so strong. It is also a little hit and miss whether the rooms are quiet, as some of them directly overlook the main square, and the historic style of the building means sound does travel between areas of the hotel.

Localização é perfeita, hotel com uma decoração incrível, café da manhã maravilhoso, piscina, bar e restaurante na cobertura.
Quarto e banheiro espaçoso.
Café, chá e água cortesia no quarto.
Estacionamento pago U$ 12 o dia.

The restaurant and the menu options were fantastic. The chef proposal was incredible and the staff atention too. The Hotel location, was great.
the TV didnt work. And we musted change to another room at the second night.
We had an awful experience at the resurant located in floor 4: We saw a huge cockroach walking very close to our table

Big comfortable bed,, nice surrounds
Very nosy from the guitarist/singer in the bar on bottom floor. Noise travelled up significantly

Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and kind. The location couldn’t be more perfect - in the middle of everything. My bed was so comfortable and a welcome reprieve after a long day of travel.
The shower is half open - no door to enclose the shower. I’ve noticed this in many hotels lately, not sure if it’s a new aesthetic or cost saving measure, but it is a little annoying. No matter how careful I try to be, water gets everywhere and the bath mat is soaked. It’s not the end of the world, just wish it was set up better to not get water everywhere. Of course, housekeeping does take care of the water when cleaning daily.

The lobby is beautiful
Property did not give me the expensive junior suite I booked but rather a double room. Needed to go to front desk to sort out and didn’t offer and upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. Breakfast was not high quality.

The location is perfect and it is a beautiful hotel. The staff were fantastic. I had an inner courtyard room so it was quiet at night. The pool on the roof has amazing views.

Very classy
It was great

Great location and comfortable room and bed. The decor is updated but retaining the olde world charm of the building. We had the best view looking directly at the beautiful church. Love the little balcony.
Breakfast was very satisfying with a good select. We are gluten free and they provided GF Toast.
Rooms are a bit smaller than expected. Of you are a light sleeper you maybe effected by the church bells which ring hourly. They do stop at 11pm-6am.

Location and restaurants. Beautiful renovated hotel. Nice staff.
It was expensive compared to other local hotels but worth the stay. The pool was small.

Great staff! Clean comfortable rooms with nice beds. Open inviting lobby. Central location for walking around Casco Viejo. easy Uber ride to business in Panama City.

The location is great, very quiet around but at a walking distance of restaurants and bars. Very safe around because the government palace is near the hotel, and there is tons of police. Safest place in Panama
Everything was fantastic

the location is very nice if you want to see colonial architecture. the hotel itself is beautiful with fantastic rooms
breakfast only buffet type ($20 per person) and nothing à la carte. the shower flooded the bathroom and when I informed the front office I was told all rooms had the same problem. I was flabbergasted

The restaurant & F&B Manager Raimundo Chen were great! Had a wonderful dinner. Breakfast with cooked-to-order eggs or omelets was excellent other that rolls didn't seem fresh.
Hotel is well-maintained, historic and well-decorated.
There was no small change available at the front desk. In fact, we were told to go to the mini-market for that. They wouldn't give us change
Our room, altho, nicely appointed, was over a street in the back of the hotel and TERRIBLY NOISY!! In the evening at bedtime, there was people outside talking loudly but even worse the noise from people talking loudly started at 5:15am both days!

The location was excellent and breakfast scrumptious!!. excellent variety.
More complimentary coffee and tea in the suite.

The room had a very nice balcony overlooking Casco Viejo, the location was central and we enjoyed the pool. The hotel itself has a very nice decor and the atmosphere inside with the guitarist playing is just very calm and pleasant. The pool staff was very nice and helpful. We booked the hotel for 4 nights but due to exceptional circumstances we had to change it to 1 night and the Manager allowed us to reschedule for free which we are very grateful for.
This is a very atmospheric hotel but could do with some refurbishment, especially in the bathrooms in the rooms.
For breakfast we got very old bread that was so hard that it was impossible to even bite it.
I have mixed feelings about the staff working at the reception, because on the one hand the Manager was extremely helpful and very nice, but the rest of the staff working at the reception were incompetent. The first time I met two different people working at the front desk and both were not doing a good job. The receptionist who checked us in was not a nice person, she seemed to have done her job and wanted us to leave. On the second day we wanted to have a late check out and waited 1 hour in our room for a call back from the receptionist and when we went to the desk a second time to check for an update she didn't even remember us, only after going to the desk for the third time did we get a response from manager that it won't be a problem. For me, this is an unacceptable experience for a 5 star hotel.

Hotel was great and would recommend again.
My wife and I had a coffee in the morning (no food) and the cost was in excess of $25.00 US dollars. Very bad misrepresentation of the breakfast option

Lovely colonial style building in a fantastic location for exploring the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Taxi service available at the front desk. Clean and comfortable room; comfortable bed. Breakfast was fairly good - buffet style, lots available. Small rooftop pool with nice view. Restaurant food was ok but only ate there one. Lots on offer nearby. Overall a good value and comfortable place to stay for a few days.
Room looked out into inner courtyard, overlooked by restaurant and could be noisy if trying to get an early night. But not all rooms are like this.

The location is phenomenal. All the good shopping spots, restaurants, squares are within walking distance. Staff at the reception were very courteous and helpful.
The view from the room was not very nice.
We noticed a bit of racial discrimination which was disconcerting. We were asked to move into a conference room kind of a place for breakfast when there were tables available at the main breakfast venue
3.0
The staff were really helpful and the hotel's appearance as you enter is really elegant.
Temperature control in the room was not working, and there was a washcloth stuffed into the vent that was left by housekeeping.
