Prijatno, čisto i udobno

Dobra lokacija, odlično iskorišćen prostor, sve čisto, udobno i funkcionalno. Domaćin izuzetno ljubazan i predusretljiv.

Nedostaje par osnovnih stvari, npr. bar neki mali peŝkir za umivanje i ruke, papuče, oskudan je escajg, ali ništa straŝno.

Het verblijf was oké. De ligging was goed, accomodatie viel tegen.

De eigenaar kwam ons de sleutel brengen. Het was alleen even moeilijk om hem te vinden. Verder duidelijke uitleg.

Er waren verschillende gebreken aan de accomodatie. Het fornhuis werkte niet goed: 2 pitjes waren afgesloten vanwege een wens van een vorige huurder. eentje was kapot en de laatste werkte wel. Er kon niks aan gedaan worden omdat het een feestperiode was in de tijd dat we verbleven. Verder miste er een zonnescherm. De eigenaar is daarvoor (op onze vraag) een doek komen brengen om over het raam te hangen. Er miste verder veel bestek en dergelijke spullen. De eigenaar was vriendelijk, maar wilde ons geen vermindering geven van de prijs. We begrepen dat er niet veel aan het fornhuis gedaan kon worden door de feestdagen, maar we waren graag tegemoet gekomen op het gebied van kosten.

Very good

Host was very friendly and helpful, gave us some excellent advices for the tours and restaurants. There was a free parking in front of the buliding, which is important. There are shops, bakery and fast food nearby. Beds are comfy. Building is very secure (you get a key for elevator, buliding, flood and flat). Alhtough the apartment is a bit older, everything there was working and rooms were clean. It had towels for all persons, hair drier, washing machine and all kitchenware.

I would personally like to see the doors to the kitchen, as all beds are in the same room, so if someone gets up early, can make coffee / breakfast without disturbing others. Although the apartment could be renovated, it didn't affect our stay there. It was a perfect stay for a 4 day trip to visit Ljubljana and the rest of the Slovenia. Some charging cables for bunk beds would help, as there are no electrical outlets on that side of the room.

Ok for short stay, all beds in one room

Ok, if you are in the city for exploring.

Apartment for up to 4 people, all beds are in one room, kitchen and toilet separated. Host brings the keys so be ready for some waiting outside.

Horrible!

The only things that are good in that apartment are beds. They are very comfortable.

The sheets were ripped (a big hole, that is impossible to miss), the kitchen is horrible - very old and stinky. The refrigerator was not clean, in the freezer there was some traces of cigarettes and the kitchen sink faucet was broken. There was a cloth so stinky and old, that I would not even clean a floor with that. Overall equipment in the apartment is very poor. We stayed there only for 1 night and we practically only slept there so we didn't have time or energy to argue about the apartment.

great inexpensive accommodation for our night before flight home.

clean and spacious and well equipped.

quite a long walk into centre but that kept us fitter so no big deal. Easy to find centre though as one straight walk.

Terrible experience

Please avoid this place if you can , after long drive, I wanted a rest but unfortunately I couldn't because after 5 minutes staying at this place. I looked at my car through a window and I saw someone searching my car .I run down stairs but couldn't catch him .he stolen from my car and run away. I was shocked because he opened my car and locked my car when he left ,he seems professional. I called the police but they arrived late and they are aware of what happened. I assume people who stay at this place after long drive and they don't check Their belonging in the morning so that is why no complaints made . I left that night after police arrived ,didn't even stay not a safe place .

Pleasant

Good location, the host was cordial and punctual, gave us some pointers. Good eating options right next door. A super basic room that does the job for the night on your way through Ljubljana.

The kitchenette door has been removed to make the room more spacious but the doorframe wasn't plastered, looked like an unfinished renovation job. The light switch for the kitchenette was missing the plastic cap, you couldn't help but wonder if it was safe to toch the metal element... It was quite noisy - not only from the outside but there was a clicking sound from the blinds too.

Superb

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious apartment, effective, it has everything you need. Comfortable beds, clean spacious bathroom

Passable

The owner was polite and the beds comfortable and clean. There were even showergels cleansers and rice. Wifi was Ok and we had warm water

well we informed about our arrival as asked 130kl and 25kl before we arrive but again we end up waiting 30minutes. Also the window was broken and we were afraid we get a cold Lastly it was 4-5kl away from the center. We were travelling by car and it was Ok but if we had to walk it was far away Also we Had to pay ONLY cash and not with a card which is extremely inconvenient

location, price, owner always answers phone, is 11/10 . above and beyond

house requires maintenance, windows didnt close properly, when u run hot water in shower, there is a bad smell , bed lights are not working.

Beautiful city and a fantastic apartment, well located for whatever the trip.

The location was crucial for the activity that made me travel to the city. I liked the cleanliness, tidiness of the house, and equipment available.

Linen was missing, a situation that is never thought of when it is a business trip and not for vacation.

Close to the university campus

The appartment is very close to the university campus and effective to these who prefer individual to hotel accommodation. Not bad, not luxurious. For parking you need to be lucky.

May be some minor repairs should be done.

Comfortable but past its best (especially the kitchen)

Bed was comfortable and clean. Building seemed very secure, lots of amenities nearby and buses to the city centre. Flat was cosy and warm.

The drain on the sink in the kitchen was broken and leaking. The kitchen was generally old and not in a good state. Being on the main road it was a bit noisy.

Older apartment

It was equipped with coffee,, salt and oil, etc.

The bed was really uncomfortable, it was squaky and mattress is also bad. Whole apartment is old and in need of renovation, both kitchen and bathroom, as well as living room/bedroom.
