If you are looking for a magical place to make your trip to Tenerife an unforgettable one, please stay here! A Hacienda in the middle of the banana plantation, with a dreamy garden filled with the most beautiful plants (looked after the sweetest nonna) that even has 3 avocado trees. You will wake up seeing the most beautiful sunrise overseeing the garden and the sea. A lot of attention to details, the room has everything you need for your stay here. You will not regret coming here!

Comfortable bed, great kitchen with all basic amenities, helpful stay who provided great recommendations and was prompt to respond. Terrific location relative to hiking address and other places to explore nearby. Close to groceries and walking distance to botanical garden, la Orotava, and more.
Upstairs neighbors were quiet but could hear all movements. Main door was swollen and difficult to open.

Very beautiful finca with garden and backyard. Apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped.

Hacienda Grande sits on a slope surrounded by a verdent banana plantation. The houses is an immaculate traditional Canarian villa with a well kept garden with two large avocado trees, large Heliconias and with various intersting succulents and cactuses being grown. In the morning you have a view of mount Tiede, the mist moving from the ocean and over the hills untill by about ten am the entire mountainside is bathed in light under a bright blue sky. The villa unit we were is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen with sunlight streaming through the windows in the morning. The villa is painted white with the timber elements decorated in blue paint. In the morning small birds feed on insects and fill the air with chirping sounds. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with a nook by the window which we used for reading, as well as a two seater sofa. The terrace had sunbeds, tables and chairs. I did my morning meditation on the upper floor terrace enjoying the fantastic view and the warm sun.
The property is easy got to and has parking. We explored Puerta de la Cruz from this point and was truly exceeded expectations. Isabelle was a kind, generous and caring host. We were showered with friendliness from day one. I couldn't recommend this place more if you want to get away from mass tourism, noise of the cities and generic hotel rooms.
I loved Every thing about this property.

Very nice and helpful host;
Private parking;
Nice garden with avocado tree;
Nicely and unique decorated apartment;
Next to banana tree plantation;
There was a washing machine but no detergent available.
Poor internet connection.
A bit noisy if you have neighbors upstairs, but it didn't bother us.

Very nicely renovated house. Owners were amazing and supportive, in case we had an issue (lost keys). Great location for travels, even for bus as the bus stops are very close
Internet could have been a bit faster.

Great location, close to a main road but far enough not to be disturbed. Surrounded by avocado trees. Great position to start the climb to El Teide or explore the north coast of the island. A bbq is also available in the common courtyard.
We were at the ground floor and could hear everything from the upper floor. Also the wooden floor was making quite some noise. It could use some soundproofing.

Lovely property, full of mod cons, had everything you need. Beautifully kept.
Felt a little overlooked in our ground floor property so had to keep some shutters closed which made it a bit dark.

The studio is very spacious and cosy, you have everything you need and it's a great value for money!
It was very noisy from the neighbours upstairs

- Studio & Apartment are well equiped, very spacious and decorated with taste. The house is typical and the view very nice.
- Location is perfect if you want to discover the island, mainly the north and the mountains. The house is situated between 2 big cities, Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava so very convenient (careful : a car is mandatory)
- Private parking
- there is a keybox so easy to check-in/out
- if you stay in the studio the big road is not so disturbing, but if you stay in the upper appartment, the road is very noisy, even at night (single glazing windows)
- we booked the studio and had no internet when we arrived. 2 days later the manager offered to upgrade us in the upper appartment for the rest of our stay. 2 days before the end of our stay she told us she forgot to block the availabilities on the booking platform and that a booking came through, so we needed to move back in the studio, which still didn't have internet.
Not convenient nor relaxing to move twice during your stay and have 4 days out of 8 without internet...

It’s a very old stylish house from 1800s, situated close to big banana plantation. Everything is really clean - good kitchen accessories, working washing machine.
Anne-Lie (manager of the building) is a wonderful person - very helpful and cheerful. She also speaks great English which is a treat in northern part of Tenerife ;)
We had the ground floor apartment. It’s really nice and spacious, but it’s a bit dark. The biggest issue is the old ceiling - while it’s stylish and creates great atmosphere, be mindful that it’s EXTREMELY loud. Every step belonging to guests upstairs is very loud. We still highly recommend this place though :)

Fantastic sun terraces. Traditional character. Very comfortable place.
Smelly toilet. Tight parking. Small windows. Small kitchen.
