It was really a very peaceful place to stay during a sightseeing trip. We liked the pleasant and cozy reception, although we hardly understand German and the receptionist hardly spoke English, we were warmly welcomed and received all the information we needed. We felt like at home in this hotel. Although we used a shared toilet and shower, it was not a problem as there were not many other residents - only 3 rooms on the floor. A great option for travelers at an affordable price!

helpful staff, good location, clean.
No air conditioning or fan, the TV isn’t great.

Nothing. There was bed bugs all over.
The bed was infested by bed bugs. I had 3 nights booked, but I could only stay few hours as it was impossible to sleep after being bitten and all itchy. I got more than 50 bites all over by body and the owner didn't even reply and ignore my messages.
Besides the bed bugs, there was a disguting smell of sweat in the room, it felt like the beds and pillows were never even washed. It was the worst experience ever.

Location was perfect.
The sheets felt not freshly washed, but I might be mistaken.
3.0
Quiet room.
Overall I was a bit shocked. The place seemed nice from photos so I knew what to expect, but there were another issues.
For example the room, which was very dusty and had some sticky-dirty plastic cover on table which wasn’t cleaned in a long time.
Another thing which was annoying was the smell of the bed sheets and towels, they just smelled weird.
Also when I walked to the room it had funny smell so I had to leave window open for couple hours to change air.
I travel a lot and I have never had similar experience which made me upset.
Owners seemed nice and they could make this pension really perfect if they would change these small issues. And add the option for breakfast, because there aren’t so many places to eat near by.

Great location, well served by public transport. There is a 5 minute walk to two tram lines and from there it's about 10 minute drive to the city center. Public transport ticket machine is also nearby.
In neighbourhood there are plenty of restaurants, kebab shops and fast food restaurants so every taste will be catered to. Plenty of coffee shops and bakeries to get your morning dose of caffeine and pastries to get the day going. Also several discount shops (Netto, Lidl, Aldi) in walking distance for self catering.
Location is fairly close to highway so easy to get to, easy to leave and quick way for day trips with your car, if that's your plan.
Neighbourhood is quiet and location is away from main streets.
There is a small patio to relax outside.
Rooms have a small fridge.
Toilets and showers are clean and place is cleaned daily.
Establishment is small so you won't be disturbed by other guests.
Rooms are very small. If you have a decent sized suitcase and you lay it in the floor in single bed room that about takes up all the available floor space. Small rooms also mean they get stuffy quickly, which is a problem in colder time of the year when you can't have your window open.
Curtains are supposed to be blackout ones but their placement allows for plenty of light to get in anyway so if that bothers you bring a sleeping mask.
There is a parking on site but it's small and awkward to get to. It's best suited for small cars as there is little room to navigate and turn the car around. Access is through narrow lane with some narrow and sharp turns.

very good location
the room was very dirty!
3.5
Proximity to tram station and supermarket (Lidl); quiet neighborhood; parking space available on-site; Wifi; nice outside terrace.
The room was very small and cramped. Very dusty!
The room and hallways were fitted with carpets that smelled funny and were not properly vacuumed/cleaned.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, but it was acceptable.
3.5
Very quiet, well located
As often seen in Germany, there are no proper shutters or opaque curtains, so do bring a sleeping mask if you need proper darkness to sleep.

Close to the city center, very fair price for comfortable place to spend few nights in Dresden. Quiet neighborhood, close to the tram stop.
Looking at price nothing to complain :)

It was a cute place, the owner was very kind even though he didn't speak english well. It had a tv and I had my own key.
The room was very very small and the heater was not strong enough for me. Also, on the toilet and halls it was freezing due to lack of heating.
3.5
No english speaker in the check-in. Far from Dresden (at least 15/20min by tram). No kitchen.
3.0
There was a mosquito during the night that kept me awake.

The towels and bed linen were clean. The water in the bathroom was warm. There were a lot of furniture in the room. The internet was free.
The room was really small and stacked with furniture. Free internet was censored so access to Facebook and Grindr is blocked. The owner is a handyman and makes strange unnecessary "upgrades" but the doorbell still doesn't work.

Location was okay, it was kind a quiet place with tram near the building. Nice small room.
The dust around the bed.
5.0
Quiet location yet close to the centre. There are only two parking spots in the yard, but I got one (even free of charge). Surely can recommend.
