Pleasant

The sice of of the room includes the bathroom, so the whole place is not as big as we were expecting. since the street is dryground, the resort is dusty evenhoug the property tries to clean it constantly.

Fantastic stay in Mirage inn. The hotel room was was big and spacious, the bed was comfortable, we had a powerful hot shower, lovely breakfast & the friendliest staff. Manager was so kind & even helped us arrange our bus for onward travel.

Superb

Very close to the Maya Devi temple about 15 minutes walk. Hotel did a lovely breakfast and room had a very good shower. Staff were very helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Those who are looking for a budget hotel yet receive value for money, can choose this hotel.

The small staff were very helpful and being a small property you will receive a personal attention for your issues. The prices are relatively low and this is value for money you are paying. If you can afford for a bigger budget, one can look for a hotel with better facilities. Had some issue with hot water and on my request to rectify, they fixed it.

The room did not have TV connection and telephone did not work. Every time you need to connect , you have to run down to the reception.

I might not use Booking.com for my future upcoming International Travel stay.

only the location

the way Booking.com featured this property did not match with the actual condition of the property. it was the full wastage of 25 USD paid for a room doesn’t worth more than 5 USD at the present condition of the hotel. No Breakfast, No dinner, No tea coffee at the room, all pictures showed by Booking.com were fake. nothing was there in actual.

Exceptional

My second stay in this hotel. Location is great, centre of Lumbini, very close to the bus station and to Mayadevi temple. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, very clean, whole hotel is clean, wifi works well, heating also good. Excellent breakfast and delicious food in the hotel restaurant. Clean, comfy, calm, safe, friendly hotel, everything works well.
