I ended arriving quite late (after midnight) and Anna was there waiting for me to let me in and show me the place. Also the communication before was very good. the place is great - a normal, small apartment with everything you need to stay for a little while and live in an Italian town.

The heating was rather poor (I was there in late Nov). I had issues with hot water - couldn't get it working in the morning. I let Anna know when I left and she said they will send someone to have a look.
