Удобная кровать, хорошее расположение, приятный персонал, очень близко метро и магазин, пиццерия в доме, квартира как на фотографиях.

Шумно если открыть окно, т.к. самый центр и выход на дорогу. Ванная без шторки. При работающем кондиционере нельзя сидеть на диване, он как раз на него дует, смена направления не работает

Big fully equipped Apartment in great location .

Centrally located appartment in baseina down town kyiv ..room is big and great bathtub with fully equipped kitchen and balcony..

Entrance of building could be better and matress in my room is not very comfortable.

Однозначно рекомендую, гарні умови, гарний дизайн, розташування в центрі міста дуже зручне!

Шикарний вид на велике місто, привітливо персонал! Затишний ремонт та квартирка!

Не зайвим було б зробити легенький косметичний ремонт, а в загалом все чудово!

Very nice place to stay in!

- A combination of mechanical & electronic key (doubles the security) - A very nice, comfortable, clean bed - Additional sofa, which was very comfortable too! - A pretty quiet place - Nice location - Trouble free check in/check out

- hard to park a car - absolutely no place to put shampoo/soap/other shower stuff inside the shower cabin - it was a non-smoking room, but we could smell the tobacco pretty clear

a lot of flies in the room (15 pieces) due to the open window, the lack of a mosquito net. don't fight them

Noisy neighbors. You can hear every step in the corridor on the floor.

The overall organization of the stay was good and the location is perfect

The company should invest into some renovation in the facilites, in the foye and lift areas The floor space was full of stange staff(boxes, child bed, bottles with water) additionally the smell inside was also bad

good location, friendly staff, late night check in without problems. nice view, unfortunately bad isolation for heating and noise.

there is a kitchen with oven, but I guess more for decoration. Because there is not one cooking pot or one pan, nothing. So cooking or just to heat up food impossible. Almost no glasses or plates etc. If people book an apartment with a kitchen, usually also to sometimes use it. So basic equipment should be available! Also a microwave should be there. Otherwise a normal hotel room would be enough. I suggested at least to have a microwave, which is also missing, but like this it’s basically only possible to heat water for tee, and for this you don’t need a kitchen. Also the apartment is really loud because of bad window isolation and heating is not working so good, despite mini extra heating to plug in it was still cold at night.

We were quite disappointed with our stay and expected much better when we initially looked at the pictures and read some

The staff was friendly and helpful with changing to another apartment after we had an issue with the first one we booked. The location is also good.

The original apartment we booked looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It’s very old and was not clean when we arrived. The second apartment was nicer and much more modern. However, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom and the tap was a bit broken and leaking.

Good location

The location was good and right opposite Gulliver Mall with a 24 hours supermarket. Room is clean and meet expectations. Booked specially for the spa tub which is very nice during winter time.

It would be great if water is supplied daily to the room and also cleaning every two days for longer stay.
