Everything was enjoyable except for the LACK OF BATH SALTS.

Got a free 'upgrade' to a family room because king sized bed rooms were not available but I was okay with it.

There was no bath salts provided! (there were bath salts provided in the same hotel but a more expensive room that I had stayed at last time). But seriously how much do bath salts cost? A little extra mile makes the guest feel better.

All good bar the wifi in the room

Location and the amenities. Like how it's linked to other hotels under Sands and still have access to wifi

WiFi in the room keeps dropping. Didn't have that experience the last time I stayed here 6months ago

Nice hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms

Rooms were amazing overlooking Eifel Tower and pool area. Good size and well appointed. Felt very spacious. Service at front desk and concierge was good. We were travelling with young children and the team helped us check-in quickly. Pool facility is really nice and the service down there is really good. Fresh towels, free snacks and very clean area.

It's a shame the kids pool area (with pirate ship playground) was closed at the time of our visit (January). I know it was winter but the weather was really nice and it would've been great to utilise this area. At the main pool area some of the 'life guards' looked a bit serious and at times it felt like we were being watched a bit too closely. Corridors smelt like cigarettes. This was a bit off-putting.

For my 2 nights 3 days stay, it was really a good R&R.. wish i could remember the names who assisted me during check

They surprised me with a room upgrade on my first day upon check in so that made me decide to extend my satay for one more night. The room was (as expected) spacious and every corner was sparkling clean with a really good array of amenities..

Wish they could have a coffee maker Complimentary bottled water/s, toiletries, bath and face towels should be replenished daily based on the guest’s length of stay, and not to wait for it to be requested over the phone (as the lines are always busy)

Viel zu teuer - alles nur Show.

Grundsaetzlich gute location, aber eindeutig zu teuer. Es gibt weitaus bessere Hotel wie das 5* Hotel Sofitel Pointe 16. Im The Pasisian ist alles nur Show.

Excellent and will definitly stay here again even the room is costly.

Every bit of it. From staff to all the facilities including services to accommodation. It is located right in the Cotai Strip. Good stroll at night.

Casino slots are old and the same card games compared to Las Vegas Casinos.

Perfect stay at Parisian Hotel.

At the check in counter, Eddie was the receptionist, he is very helpful and attentive and supplied us with 2 rooms with excellent view of the Eiffel Tower. Everything is fine in the room. In the shower, the water flow is strong. On the 3rd floor, Parisian is connected to the other hotels (Four Seasons, Venetian, Londoner, St. Regis and Conrad) so is very convenient. On the 5th floor of the hotel is their food court, the quality is good. And Le Buffet provided very good Buffet. On the day when we leave the hotel, the process was very convenient, just slipped the keys into the pigeon hole for the keys. With very attentive staff for "leave luggage service". The hotel has free shuttle bus for going to the ferry piers.

Inside the room at night, is a bit dark, it would be nice if it is a bit brighter in the room. On the guest room floor, the aisle is very long so it would be helpful if at the reception, the staff could supply more information on whether the room is situated on the North or South wing. It would make it easier for the guest.

Fantastic! It's not just a hotel, it's an experience!

Absolutely fantastic place! This was our first time in Macau and even though we're not much of gamblers, the place is fabulous. It has free bus rides from the airport, the Taipa Ferry terminal and other places, including other casinos. It's located within the casino itself, which I hadn't realized until before arriving, I thought it was just the hotel itself. The place is huge and really beautiful, the hotel staff is very helpful and the majority (if not all) can speak English. Also, the hotel is directly connected to the Parisian Casino, which, in turn is connected to The Venetian, The Londoner and The Four Seasons, meaning you don't even have to step outside to go to these other places, but it's a bit of a long walk, so you can take the free shuttles if you'd like to. Regarding the room itself, it was great, the internet access was really fast, it was clean and spacious and had a great room service.

The only bad aspects of this place would have to be the enormous line to check-in at the hotel, which can take quite some time, but honestly, it should be expected, given the sheer amount of people that go to this place. The other one would be that the hotel rooms are quite a long distance from the lobby, so be aware that you'll probably have to walk quite a bit depending on where your room will be at. Lastly, the only thing that was a minor inconvenience was that the clothes iron was broken and the water was leaking from it. Other than that, I really can't complain, it's a wonderful place!

Parisian weekend with the girls💙💙

Pool staff are Friendly. Housekeeping staff are accommodating, Front desk staff very helpful. All in all, an excellent job. Keep up the good work . Next time, I will get their name, though they have a name tag, but I have poor eyesight, and their names were too small for me to read. But we had an excellent weekend stay . Well done. Will come back soon 💙💙

We booked 4 rooms for a week: Room size Bathroom Check in very crowded Old Furniture There is no proper grocery store in the entire area I prefer the Venician Hotel rooms Maximum 4 star The view The que for the taxi was horrible The bed wasn't comfortable The lighting in the room was bad

Not worth the price

Nothing. I did not like the hotel at all.

I did not get the room view that I reserved and the hotel was crowded. The door to the room is too thin that I could hear people shouting in the hallway all night. Hospitality of the staff is under expectation, only the luggage staff is good.
