Wouldn't stay at property again

The location was perfect and we loved the area.

Apartment was not tidy. Mould on cutlery in dishwasher and men's underwear left in bathroom. Stains on dining room seats and hadn't been cleaned properly. The rubbish bin was full downstairs and the stench from this came up into our apartment on 1st floor. All of this I emailed hosts straight away.

Cool Parisian apartment, especially for those who enjoy the night life

Great location. Apartment felt very secure. A jazz band was busking in the plaza one night right in front of our front window! The apartment is quite lovely. It felt like we lived in a cool Parisian neighborhood for a few days.

The apartment is directly above Le petit café, which is quite popular at night. As a result there is a significant amount of street noise at night. Closing the windows cuts much of the noise, but karaoke night made it difficult to sleep. In addition, the kitchen is tiny with minimal workspace, making meal prep challenging.

Excellent short stay city trip

Excellent location in the Latin Quarter with easy access to the metro and sightseeing buses

1 wine glass and 1 water glass in the apartment, so owner needs to spend money on buying more. Sofa bed is aged. No information on the local area regards restaurants etc.

I would suggest on the booking.com site , that the photos provided display the apartment numbers . I booked assuming that my apartment was one of the better apartments in the first few photos , but in fact Apartment Cosy 1 was very much a let down. We were a party of 3 for 3 days .There was no tea and coffee , bathroom shampoo, soap etc , were minute - enough for one wash for one only. The pillows were flat and required Towels etc rolled up to create support. The walls had ripped wallpaper. A Cushion was ripped and had a dirty stain on it . The floors appeared to have not been dusted or swept. I tea towel was supplied but with , no sponge for dish washing up. A blanket being used was extremely yellow and red stained (urine, blood)? but certainly did not look like it had been washed.

Great location and atmosphere

The apartment is in a great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Although it can get quite noisy some nights, the atmosphere is amazing. It is a bit of a walk to some of the attractions like the Eiffel Tower, but we didn't mind the walking.

Location

Lack of kitchen utensils. There was only 1fork, 3 desert spoons and 3 knives. We had booked for 6 people. Limited storage for self catering to store food. Also only being given 1 access key made it difficult when family members wanted to go different places. No storage facilities for bags if your travel is at the end of the day. It would have been good to know this information before we booked.

nice apartment for the physically fit!

good location, kitchen is well supplied

this apartment (Cosy 5) is on the fifth floor without an elevator. while we knew this when we booked, we weren’t prepared for the very narrow spiral staircase without handrails which made it extremely difficult to navigate with suitcases. fine for athletic types with backpacks but not for seniors with heavy luggage!

This was a renovated apartment in an old Parisian building - a fun neighborhood with lots of food.

This property was located in a bustling neighborhood with plenty of cafes, and close to the Seine and public transportation. We felt comfortable and safe. We would definitely stay here again!

great local apartment with a lively student buzz atmosphere located on an atmospheric square.

Loved it’s location and general design and layout.

Need new decent pillows. We were happy staying here BUT if you don’t like noise I would not recommend it as there is a square right outside that is very well populated with students and there is a general buzz of noise for most of the evening. We actually loved the energy and vibe of the students so for us it wasn’t an issue.

We were happy with our stay. Would consider staying there again!

Close to city center and main attractions. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Nearby grocer. Laundry room useful. Apartment was clean.

Evening noise from two cafes directly below us. Open windows necessary as no A/C. Some noise from adjacent apartments. Had asked for two keys but only one provided. Later we got another after asking. Host was responsive to requests.

-The location

-The cleanness was awful especially the apartment floor. -The complexity of renting the apartment. Signing a detailed contract only for a few days! plus a security deposit!! -The host wasn't flexible and very strict. They didn't allow us for an early check in (only for 1 or 2 hours) after a long trip with the kids although the apartment was ready for check in! we waited outside for a few hours for nothing. -The location itself is good, but the area is noisy especially the coffee bar below the apartment. you will never sleep well because of the noise of people talks and the loud music till early morning.

Spacious apartment in the heart of the city

The location is amazing, a walk to the Pantheon, Notre Dame etc and surrounded by great places to eat. The Latin quarter is on our doorstep which is a great vibe and cheaper food. A small superette just down the street. Was very handy. The apartment was spacious and the beds good. Only one flight of stairs, a bonus. The metro is a five minute walk away. And the street is not busy so easy access for taxis etc. Instructions for access were clear and we got in easily.

Very noisy as it is surrounded by late night cafes and University students. Noisy neighbours late into the night. But we are in the middle of Paris so must expect it!. After getting so many instructions about being quiet, we did expect it to be quieter. The washing machine and dryer are actually shared with others and was not always available when we needed them. This was not in the advertising.
