The only good thing I can say about the place is its location. Everything else was terrible.

1. The A/C is not working! it was 38 degrees outside, and during our whole vacation, there was no AC. The owner didn't respond to our messages and didn't even come to check what was going on. Seems like they knew that's the case. They claimed to booking we are lying, so we didn't get anything back. 2. The apartment looks terrible. Things are dirty, and broken, we needed to sleep on the floor on the 1st floor (see pictures), because the other floors were HOT as hell. 3. We waited 1.5 hours for the owner to let us in because the instructions they sent didn't work (it says to call a specific number, and the door was supposed to be opened, but it wasn't. We waited for almos 2 hours!) 4. We asked upfront for a baby crib for our 2 years old baby, and it wasn't there when we arrived (they left it next to the door only the day after) WE WENT THROUGH A NIGHTMARE, AND OUR VACATION WAS DESTROYED! STAY AWAY!

Location is fabulous, right in the centre of the city.

We could not enter the property when we arrived and we arrived late in the evening. The entry door system failed. After numerous WhatsApp message we needed up booking into a hotel, requiring 3 rooms. The owner arranged for someone to meet us at lunchtime the next day with keys. We were assured of a refund and compensation, which when we received was the amount of the cheapest night of our 5 night and certainly didn't cover the hotel cost either! The flat is lovely, apart from the damp patches and the noisy sink at night. the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the beds were the most uncomfortable, one was not fit for purposes, unable to sleep for 3 nights we checked into a hotel for our final night to get some sleep before travelling home and returning to work. Please also be warned that all the flats on this floor (possibly all the floors) are rentals and popular with hen/stag parties (though as we weren't sleeping anyway this was not a problem for us! I have never left a poor review on Booking.com and am saddened to do so now, but sadly we have not received good customer service with regards to our issues, which I thought we would so feel I have no choice.

Location was good

On arrival we were looking for the name to be on the outside of the building. You listed 2 numbers to call if we needed help. The first spoke in spanish and hung up on us. The second number spoke english but said the knew nothing about the place. After asking around if someone could help us (even a policeman) we eventually managed to work out what we had to do. Then on entering the building we didn't know where to find keys. Fortunately the apartment door was unlocked. Then we had a call from someone asking if we were inside. As it was about 10pm it was very confusing for us at the time. The caller explained to us that once we gained access to the building the door would automatically unlock to the unit.

Thin walls with neighbors and you can hear people all hours of the night. I would bring earplugs if you have them.

Excellent location central, easy to find and next to all. Ela available on watsapp too so ideal when we had any issues. Clean and has all required for stay.

Door lock issue but sorted within 15mins. Needs better heaters as can get cold but nothing major.
