Solicitud de depósito no informado al reservar

La casa muy cómoda y de acuerdo a publicación.

Para darme la clave de la llave me pidieron un depósito de 250 libras que no estaba informado al reservar. Mi estadía fue de 2 noches. No hay proporción con el depósito. Entregué el alojamiento y ahora debo esperar 3 días la devolución. Aún estoy en viaje y este tema me ha generado inseguridad además de que es un dinero que necesito usar.

A lovely stay in Titanic The Lady. Would definitely return. Thank you!

Extremely clean. Well kept. Little touches e.g. a basket of treats. Free street parking outside the door.

Stairs a little steep, just needed to keep an eye on my children going up and down.

The house didn't fill in our expectations

The location was fine

The shower didn't work, not even after someone came to fix it. There was a smell of humidity in the hall and in the kitchen cupboards and in the cupboards in the bedroom on the first floor. The ustensiles in the kitchen to make bacon and eggs were not good. There was no socket in the bathroom.

I liked the property and appreciated the welcome treats After traveling

Would prefer more bath towels and thought there would have been a dryer for the laundry. We wound up Not showering. We found a laundromat to dry out clothes

Lovely home, short taxi ride or walk into city centre. Spacious and comfortable, homely feel to it. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely book here again

Perfect city break stopover. Great place to stay. Near town and the station. D

Well appointed and neat house with all mod cons. Very clean everywhere. Cot left as requested for us together with bed linen.

Nothing not to like. House had exactly the right amount of decoration to make it feel comfy but not too much to make it feel overwhelming.

Lovely place, poor communication

The house was very nice, in a good location and comfortable.

When booking, we had requested a cot for our baby grandson. We also confirmed the cot 5 months prior to our arrival. When we got to the property on the Saturday evening at 5 pm, there was no cot. We contacted the manager and we were told that they had 7 properties and only one cot which was being used by another family. She apologized for the “inconvenience”. When you pay lots of money for accommodation with a cot for a baby, this is much more than an inconvenience. When I called the contact number to try get a cot, I was advised to have one of the adults sleep on the couch and the mom to cosleep with the baby. This was a very frustrating suggestion since this is not what we paid for. To the credit of the manager, she eventually arrived with the cot that she had taken back from the other family. While we were thankful to have a bed for the baby, this situation created a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion while we were trying to enjoy our vacation.

Great stay, lovely house, close enough to Belfast to have a great time

It was a lovely comfortable house with everything we needed. Great Wi-Fi and easy controllable heating. The location was as expected and far enough away and close to Belfast as we would have liked. Orange man march up the street on the Sunday was something we have never see before.

The information about the noise monitor that was only forwarded to me the day before kinda put a shadow over the stay. Although we were never planning a party or to have excessive noise it was in the back of our heads and with 3 children noise could get out of hand. To be honest, even though we didn’t break any noise rules, it was intimidating and we prob wouldn’t have booked if known in advance.

Great house as a base for a young family trip.

Great house and layout especially with kids (ages 7, 5 & 1). Lovely bedrooms, kitchen is great with loads of counter space for its small size. Location was perfect as we were driving everywhere, only minutes to all attractions we wanted.

the property was amazing. lots of room. 2 beautiful sweet ladies met us last minute for the keys to accommodate us!

The bedroom on top floor could fit a double bed (IMO) as opposed to having to use a futon. Other than that no issues.

Nice stay. Last minute booking for an event. Comfortable, clean house. Good for a group of friend.

When we arrived the house wasn't ready at the check in time, which was abit awkward as we had to hang around for an extra hour and wait, left us late for our event. I also had to contact them to return our deposit.

The house was extremely comfortable, clean and the location was perfect. Loraine was incredibly friendly and helpful - I would definitely recommend this property when visiting Belfast!

overall, good property in good location with free on street parking.

spacious house & comfortable beds. shower very good, plenty of towels etc. good to have separate toilet when shower/bathroom in use.

kitchen cupboards very grubby & not properly stocked/Delph/utensils. a proper set of instructions to use TV & heating should be provided, the house was very cold & we had to Google how to get heating working.
