Slowing down was easy at the Westin Villa. The villa was across the street from the main area but easy to walk to the grocery store and to the beach. The convenience of taxis were key! Overall, a great time in St. Johns Island!

we have stayed at the westin before and it is a great place to stay on the island. the property had all the essentials for cooking and is in a great location. the only negative is the two bedrooms upstairs are not split by a solid wall, its kind of a strange accordion thing. this isnt something that the property manager can do its more of a design flaw. but other than that a five star experience

My family spent a week in this villa and it was really great! Taxis for beaches and to restaurants were always available. Having our own pool was a special bonus!

We had an overall excellent experience at the Westin. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The close convenience of a grocery helped tremendously. Our only challenge was at checkin. We arrived to the island early, however checkin was delayed and we didn’t get access to our room until 5:30 (check in is normally 4:00). Overall though it was a great experience.

Let me start by saying, we had a great time. Lovely property, friendly staff. You will have a lovely trip if you choose to rent this property. That being said, the listing itself and my dealings with the agent were, at the very least, misleading. I paid (quite a bit) more for a 3 bedroom unit instead of a two bedroom unit. Part of why I did this is because she mentioned ‘the 3 bedroom units have their own pool’ During our discussions she informed me that the specific unit I was looking at had been rented out BUT I could rent a ‘floater 3 bedroom’. So, my specific unit would not be chosen until check in. She failed to mention that the ‘floater’ units do not have a pool. I was very disappointed upon arrival to find we did not have a pool. Not only did I pay more for a 3 bedroom because of the pool, but I have a child that does not enjoy the loud activity at a community pool. I called Megan and she didn’t say much beyond ‘sorry you misunderstood’. When, what she should have said was ‘I am so sorry that I did not make that clear’. The listing I used to book my unit had photos of a private pool!! We had a good time despite these issues. However, I was disappointed that Megan never followed up with me to ask how it was going or if we had a good time. I do feel that it was a bit of a bait and switch situation and for that reason, I would never rent from this property management company again.

This is a great family place to stay. Lots of room and amenities. Easy walk to grocery store and taxis. Would highly recommend this location!
