location is very good
The photo on the booking page and the reality are very different. I ordered a more expensive room to be sure that it would be a comfortable room. but the room turned out to be in the loft style, which there was not a word about on the website.
Parking is very expensive!!!
If you have a car, do not agree to the hotel's offer regarding parking.

Consiglio vivamente!

1. Karta w formie klucza do drzwi.
2. Klimat miejsca
3. Klimat starego miasta
"Apartament 209"

Lokalizacja obiektu, serce Poznania. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.
Słabe oświetlenie
Cały pobyt słyszałem w pokoju gości z restauracji
Cienkie ściany i kłótnie sąsiadów
Nieprzyjemny zapach na wejściu do pokoju.

Szybkie i łatwe zameldowanie, atrakcyjna lokalizacja, wyposażenie łazienki (ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, kosmetyki), duży pokój, akceptacja zwierząt bez dodatkowych opłat

Don’t put your clothes in to a wardrobe without checking. My clothes got some stains because there was some oil or paint on the sides of the wardrobe. My 3 expensive clothes got completely destroyed. Had to throw to the trash bin… Horrible experience.
Also - no A/C. Too hot in summer.

The location of the apartment is great
The floor was tilted
The bed was broken

Property was central, self check-in was easy, Once I got the information. the rooms are quite large. And the electric hot plate was useful.
The beds moved too easily and air conditioner would’ve helped, although the fan was good enough on this trip

Great location
You could hear lots of noise outside. The shower wasn’t fixed properly.

The rooms were adequate sized and had fridges and coffe/tea making equipment. The bed was very comfortable, and that hostess at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Poznan.
The lift was not functioning on Sunday when I had to move heavy luggage with an injured arm, which was a real problem. Fortunately, a kind gentleman assisted me in getting down from the second floor (third floor for Americans).

Very good location, at the heart of the old town. Probably the best you can get in this price range in the city centre.
Room looks bigger in the picture. In reality it's quite crowded.

Located in the city center, 5 minute walk from the main (and beautiful) square. A lot of restaurant in the area.
nice building. Clean.
The code I got to enter the building did not work
Only one key card (two would be better)
Not possible to cook.
Possibility to park a car in the street, but limited time to 3 hours and charged in the day

Modern industrial style studio apartment. Lift to rooms on upper floors. Bought toilet paper on request. Fridge and basic utensils plus basic toiletries provided. Lovely central location.
Despite having a room at the back, we were still subjected to quite a bit of noise - people chatting loudly in the courtyard below in the middle of the night, Wheely bins being dragged around early in the morning, drunk people shouting late at night etc. Room was also very hot and only one of the windows opened. The bathroom concept is interesting but not a lot of privacy whilst showering. Beds were split into two singles but the mattresses slid off the base and one of us fell off the bed! The handrail in the first floor stairwell is very loose.

Very nice room, small, clean, comfortable, everything you need for life is there. The center of the old city, everything is at hand. Excellent cuisine. I will gladly go again. It's worth the money.
Everything is great.

Location was great!
Walking distance to most things in the old town.
Although we had a bad start in the room, the owner (I think) was very apologetic and gave us another room.
Actually, it was the room we originally thought we would have and it was very spacious and clean. Unlike the first room.
The room we first arrived at was not like the pictures at all. A makeshift toilet and shower was built into the small room but not properly built in my opinion as water spilt everywhere and into the room.
The shower head was broken and was wrapped with tape but the tape wasn't secure so water sprayed everywhere! Not acceptable for a hotel/apartment.
The shower drain was also extremely blocked and had other people's hair coming out of it. This led to the shower overflowing and water spilling everywhere after a 3-minute shower!

Perfect central location, stylish and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in, felt safe and secure.
The restaurant below make the hallways smell strongly of food, but this didn’t go into bedrooms. Out bathroom smelt quite strongly of drains, but this may be due to the building work going on around the city.

very good location, fairly comfortable interiors, fridge kettle and a kitchenette were available (I didn't use the portable stove so I cannot comment). three grocery shops within 2 mins walking distance
the Internet doesn't really work, maximum you can do is send a message, it's usually too slow for websites to load. it's an old building so very little phone reception
Staff were very unhelpful, very dismissive towards the concerns I raised.Additionally, i got locked out of the apartment early morning (It's card / code access, no keys, my codes expired to early) and staff again were not really able to solve this
I would not stay in this location again mainly due to the unhelpful staff.
