Besutiful residence

We immediately felt like at home. We had the ground floor of one of the villas, it was awesome, we’ll equipped with everything we needed, enough space for us and our luggage. the garden and the terrace are beautiful. Zoreana was a wonderful host helping us with orientation and our requests. The kids enjoyed the pool, trampoline and the tennis court. We highly recommend.

Some parts of the pool are not in the best condition. Still it was nice being there as it was quite private.

Very relaxing

The property is very nicely kept. Gardens are beautiful and there's a good choice of facilities. Isabel was superb. Very kind, helpful and made our stay relaxing and easy. Breakfast served at a selected time was such a treat.

Surroundings of the property are not that interesting but if you have a car the distance to old city, beach, shops etc is only minutes.

Beautiful spacious accommodation

Clean, secure, comfortable and spacious. Felt like a home not just accommodation. Unique eclectic decor both inside and out. Secure free parking. Very good breakfast delivered to your door. Good local restaurant just 500m down the road.

Amazing property wityh all you need for a great rest

Absolutely amazing property, large, clean, new, with a lot of facilities like pool, tennis court, football, valleyball, basketball infrastructure which you can use for free. Very nice territory, withing 5 minutes drive from the beach (though you have everything on site and need actually to leave the property just to see the ocean and do some sightseeing),

Amazing value for very upmarket villa but chaotic management.

For the facilities provided, the price was exceptional. Modern, spacious two bedroom villa with private swimming pool and great breakfast for €99!

Very difficult to get into the property. No-one to meet us although we said when we would arrive. Only got into the apartment with the help of a contractor working on the site.

the stay exceeded my expectation.

The property is thoughtfully designed and well maintained. Guests would feel very safe in this gated property. The layout of the villa looks efficient. The decoration is very pleasant.

For two nights, we ran out of hot water. The boiler was not working properly and consistently. If the owner could replace the boiler, it would be perfect.

Amazing property!

The room was spectacular! One of the best we've ever stayed in. It was perfectly and thoughtfully designed; very clean (and new). It would be a destination unto itself, even if Lagos were not nearby.

The bed mattress could use a rethink. It is low, and not very comfortable, perhaps needing a box spring, or a mattress topper. Otherwise the room itself was *perfect*. The campus decor (which had nothing to do with the high quality of our stay) was... a bit over the top (on the tacky side), with the faux gold statues etc. But this in no way detracts from the specific building we stayed in -and we would absolutely hope to book this property again! It's also not directly in Lagos central old town, but is a very short drive away. Also, parking is easy in Lagos, so not a problem.

Restful and relaxing. Good location for touring The Algarve but own transport or car hire essential.

The location is very quiet and private. The accommodation is furnished and fitted to a very high standard. The grounds are well maintained and attractive. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool was unpleasantly cold and uncomfortable to use for more than a few minutes.

everything about the property was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, modern and luxurious. Breakfast options exceptional, fresh farm eggs, squeezed orange juice, pastries…on and on. exceeded our expectations, wish we could stay longer. relaxing environment sitting on patio, private, large windows with natural light. staff very friendly and accommodating. family friendly, grounds manicured impeccably.

Fantastic Family Fun at Fazenda

The villa with pool was excellent for a family. Spotlessly clean. Loads of room. Great service from housekeeper. Absolutely loved our time there.

The only thing I'd say is that the walk into the old town is not very suitable for a buggy. We drove in most nights or ate in the local restaurants which are excellent.

This is a beautiful property. The living area was very comfortable. The pool was lovely, the outdoor seating attached to the apartment was wonderful, and the kitchen was well stocked. The apartment was clean and the management was very accommodating when we had a medical situation that required a delayed departure. The pool towels were a welcome touch.

Our breakfast was missing an order every day. They were diligent about fixing it when we asked, but it was never initially correct. Also, the water in the master bath shower never got warm. The secondary bathroom had a great shower, though.

The staff was outstanding. The service was great. Any help we needed they did. Property is about 1-2 miles from the beach area. But, if you are okay with that, the facilities were fantastic.
