Would stay here again

Great area in the middle of everything. Pool was great in roof top, hot through the day with not much shade but open until late night so lovely views to swim at night.

Ideal para disfrutar de Bangkok.

La ubicación en plena calle Khao Sam de diez. Pero alejada del frente, no se escuchaba nada. Perfecto. Habitación chica pero cómoda. Para ir a dormir.

Todo bien, tal cual lo ofrecido. Nada que reprochar.

Gut für kurzen Stop.

Nach hinten raus gibt es Zimmer die den Partysound der Kaho San Road vollständig ausblenden. Wird ersetzt durch Straßenverkehr, der ist aber erträglich. Der Pool ist super, auch die Öffnungszeit abends. Expressboote auf dem ChaoPraya sind gut zu erreichen und zu empfehlen.

Ist schon deutlich abgewohnt. In der Gegend aber wohl eine der besseren Alternativen. Anbindung an die diversen Bahnen suboptimal.

Harika konum, temiz

Otelin konumu harika. Meşhur Khao San caddesinin ortasında. Odalar temiz. Çatı katı yüzme havuzu güzel. Havuz barındaki fiyatlar uygun.

Odalardaki klimalar oldukça gürültülü çalışıyor. Hiç böylesini görmemiştim.

The only thing we liked was the location and the rooftop pool.

Well, there are rooms with windows but the view you would get is either walls or roof of some other property with no proper ventilation. The deluxe king rooms are so compact for the price we paid.

perfect location, right on the Khaosan road, our room was facing the other side of the building and we couldn’t hear anything at night time. the rooftop pool is really nice where you can chill during the day.

Surprisingly quiet stay in a hugely busy and popular street

The hotel is in a very central location - in fact, I hadn't realised just how popular Khao San Rd is! Considering the busy street and sheer level of noise outside at night, I was amazed by how quiet the room was. We slept well, totally undisturbed. The staff were not only friendly and helpful, but we were also allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated after a long flight and sleepless night beforehand. Sadly, we didn't get to use the pool.

We didn't have the greatest view from our window (internal, facing another room), but I wonder if we might have got a better room had we checked in when we were supposed to.

Perfect if you after partying and not sitting in your room

the pool area was very good. If you are looking for a place to just sleep-off the dancing and partying of the night before than this is your place. The staff were very helpful and great at helping with changing our room.

The hotel pictures on booking.com do not reflect what a standard room view is really like. There are very few rooms that have a "view". Most rooms have either tiny windows or look into a shaft alley. We do think that the booking.com should list more information in the room information about limited views or if the room has a porthole window.

Nice hotel, busy & very noisy location

Nice, clean rooms with a/c. Lovely pool area with a, nice view. Good price.

Staff gave us a wrong room and didn't want to change it for the one we paid for. Had to go and talk to them three times to show pictures of what we pre-booked. The hotel is located on the noisiest street but facing the other way, it's actually not too bad. Bring ear plugs though.

Exceptional

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room upgrade was fantastic. Lovely room with a view of the Royal Palace. Great shower and good bed. Storage for our bags until we return is a good service. Central location on the Khaosan Road but the room was quiet. Highly recommended.

Great pool. Right in the middle of Khao San road but surprisingly not that loud.

No closet or space to unpack. Room cleaning has to be requested otherwise they will just skip the room. Comfy beds.

Relatively close to some main attractions, the pool was nice.

Room was not cleaned at all, there was a sheet with 'every day schedule for cleaning' which was not followed at all. Shampoo bottles were refilled with water the last 5 times. Property is right next to one of the busiest night life low life streets, which should be mentioned, it's pretty loud up to around 2am, theres drunks and junkies everywhere.

avoid if you’re not planning to party every night

the standard was Ok and the pool on the roof was nice

It was super loud. it’s right next to super busy party road (am I supposed to just know that going to Bangkok first time?) and there was a hole in the wall!! so it was very loud in the room all the time.

Pleasant

I really liked the pool area, friendly staff, and a cool hotel design. Also, super comfy bed and the room came with a safe to store valuables, which was very nice. Excellent location for the main tourist spots, and food options right outside the hotel from street vendors.

The noise from Khaosan street + weird recurring noises, probably from all the ACs that’s our window was looking over (We had a view on a wall). The noise was definitely the worst on Fridays and if you’re not a light sleeper, it would be fine. A deal breaker though was (when the room was not cleaned despite a “please clean my room” sign) no toilet paper after the first day, no trash collection from the room, and ignoring the please clean my room sign. That meant we didn’t have any of the above from day 3 to 7. I feel like it’s especially important for long stays to do all the above, especially when the sign is up.
