Bien pour une nuit

La chambre était classique, propre et calme.

La chambre était trop sombre. Le jardin est un peu "bricolé" et manque un peu de charme. Il est difficile de parquer son véhicule dans la rue.

Perfect choice for family summer holiday

It’s veer close to the beach! The room was bigger than I expected. Kids enjoyed playing with dogs!

A fairly good stay.

The location was ideal not far away from the promenade. Lovely setting though it lacked minor improvements which will earn the place excellent points.

The owner could have been friendlier. The window had no curtains, so I had to use one of my shirts instead. The bedside electrical socket was missing. Breakfast was a bit poor. The shower was only an overhead one making it difficult for my partner to keep her hair dry. Thankfully she had a shower cap supplied by the previous hotel.

The room especially the bathroom needs a renovation!!

The location is brilliant Staffs are kind, the days we were there are raining crazy. The owner went out to buy the umbrella and provided guests to use it freely. Breakfast is great, I'm not sure why so many people complain about the breakfast but for a small B&B standard for me it is great. You have coffee, 2 kinds of juice, yogurt, cereal and different kinds of mini croissaints ( with Prosciutto, ham or sweet filling).

The biggest thing that really makes our stay really bad is the smell and sound in the room. The bathroom at our hotel room is definitely outdated. You can see the mold on the ceiling and there is a strong and bad smell (like the smell coming from the sewer) can't go away. Also, you can hear the engine running sound ( not sure if it's from the pump, fridge or even combination) regularly. It's running for a while then quite down then running again... I usually don't use earplugs for sleeping but I need them to get some sort of sleep. On the day we left here, my partner and I took a really long nap at the new place just to make up for the lack of sleep. For us, these 2 points are the real deal breakers.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. Nice, cozy and clean appartment at the villa, which is 5 minutes walking to the beach and 15 mins walking along the embankment to the center of Mondello. Excellent hospitality, the host Alessandro was very net and supportive. Nice continental breakfast with freshed backery products and delicious coffee.

beautiful place to stay close to beach

great location close to the beach, nice and clean room, being daily cleaned, good fresh breakfast Italian fresh pastries every day, very nice owner and staff :) and a great terrace where we could sit in the evening.. we would definitely come back

only small thing we had a room downstairs and there were some noises coming from the top like water tubes etc which in the night could be a bit disturbing for someone with a light sleep like me

They were lucky and got a studio with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious, the shower is large. The location of the property is close to the sea.

The covers on the chairs and beds were dirty and stained. We had to take them off. The studio looks dark, you have to shine the light even in the daytime. We arrived on a Sunday. The Booking.com website states that we can check in from 12.00 pm. Therefore, we were surprised to receive a message from the accommodation provider that the property is closed on Sundays from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm. We eventually got into the property. Overall would highly recommend for a few days at the beach

Very nice place and really helpful owners. Very close to beach and great privacy. Provided free bikes and all the help I could have asked for airport transfers etc.

Staff 2/10 Clean 2/10 AIR CONDITIONER doesn't WORKs! TV doesn't works! from the very first moment we felt unwelcome there. We paid for a deluxe room but we received a room without a window !!! there is no view of the garden just a view of the wall! THIS IS NOT DELUXE THIS IS VERY ECONOMY!

Staff and local people are very nice and helpful! The room was very nice and big and clean, also the bed was very comfortable. The place is 2 streets away from Mondello beach.

The walls are quite thin so we heard the other room's toilet and also our toilet was a bit smelly because the humidity could not go out.
