Everything was really nice. very well priced and located in a very nice area. We stayed in room 20 I would advise you to take a look at the second step leading up to the room. it is loose. Someone is going toget hurt on it

The hotel was small but very nice. The rooms were clean and the patio was fantastic. Very serene. The only small issues is that it is a bit far to walk to the Artist's Gallery but the walk goes through a park and it is worth it. Overall great experience. Would do it again!
All great

Good morning, The staff is very friendly and this is a family hotel, it is very simple but it is clean. The breakfast is good and abundant and corresponds to the photos. The center of Safed is approximately 3.5 km away, a vehicle is needed to get there. I don't know the public transportation system. The price is very good, and we had a great time because we shared with other guests who were very friendly. Thanks

Very friendly and helpful host! Clean and spacious room.
The place is a bit far to walk to the old city, which is important to keep in mind.

The staff were very helpful and the views from the rooms were beautiful! Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast is availible for an extra fee.
Although the area is beautiful, there are no restaurants or shops close by. A car is required to get to the hotel.

very very basic and not very clean
no breakfast, too expensive

The property was on a hill with nice view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good value for the price.
The building was outdated, no lobby, feels more like a motel than a hotel. The location is far from the old town.

EreTzfat provided great value -- big room, central location, great price. Manager Shay was outstanding -- fun to hang out with for chats and gave great restaurant recommendations.
Bathroom was small, but didn't bother us. It was in line with the cost of the place.

The guy who runs the place is great & the facilities for Shabbat, hot plate & hot water
Run down motel, tiny bathroom, place needs serious decorating. Incredibly overpriced for what it is.

The host is terrific and the room was even better. The view from the balcony did me in and the bed even had a duvet. Highly, highly recommended and you can’t beat the price.
Everything was really good

Quick simple check in, attentive staff, balcony with a view.
There may have been confusion between booking.com and the property about the kind of room I reserved. My Genius membership gave me a free upgrade to a triple room with a sofa and a kitchenette which is why I took the reservation at that price. When I arrived I got the simple list smallest room. When I suggested this may not be the right room, staff was gracious to move me to a larger room with a sofa but still no kitchenette. After my stay when checking out I inquired about the potential of staying for longer stay and if they have bigger suites. I was shown a large room with a sofa and a kitchenette. I have a feeling that that’s the room that I reserved but wasn’t placed in. So this may have been just a miscommunication but advising visitors to make sure they’re getting the right room that they ordered.

Awesome view of the mountains.
Comfortable balcony to chill out.
The bed was really comfortable!
The owner was very kind with me. I arrived quite late at night and he took me to the super market and brought me back. That was really kind of him!!!
It could have been a bit cleaner. But I know they are working harder on it!
