Handy location.

An older apartment. Beds were not comfortable, no hair dryer, not many untesils. TV remote malfunctions.

Was good but could have been exceptional.

Location and views exceptional, looking up the Brisbane River with South Bank on the left and the CBD on the right, the night view was one to remember, jetty for ferry across the road and a 5 mimute walk to Southbank, Brisbane. 2 bedroom unit was a good size, having option for secure parking was great, pool area nice but didn't use as it was winter. Had a full room service on the 4th day.

Kitchen equipment barely adequate, frypan I would throw out and no lid which made cooking eggs difficult. Not a sharp knife in the place they were so blunt didn't cut a tomato or lemom. But major problem was the seating in lounge area, a futon 2.5 seater which was very low no side arms to help get up and that was it for a 2 bedroom Unit, we were 3 people and spent 8 days sitting on dining chairs which isn't ideal. This spoilt our holiday causing back problems. Pull out pantry had no shelves or baskets so groceries had to go on bench.

The view at night was amazing. Bedrooms could do with some bedside table lamps however the appartment was great.

It was great because we only went to the room to sleep and we loved it for the walking distance and the car park availab

Amazing location, walking distance to ferry port, Southbank and food! Beautiful view from the room balcony as well, specially at night being able to see along Southbank, the river and the brisbane Ferris wheel. Also appreciated the car park.

Room was very old and dated but had everything you need.

I would recommend and return!

Fabulous view, walking distance to Southbank, food and activities. The unit was large with excellent size bathroom and bedrooms. The Kitchen was well equipped with all that is need for preparing a meal for family. TV in both bedroom and living area which allow for all to watch their preferred program, bonus Netflix is connect.

No face washers in bathrooms, necessary with children A bath would have been a plus but understand not always possible. There was a dustpan but no brush, helpful with messy children. I had difficulty with the programing of the wash/dryer. None of these thing would prevent me referring the property or staying again, just feedback.

Apart from a couple of small things the hotel was lovely and we would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect for our needs.

The shower head was too low for my partner and wasn't able to be adjusted. The tv (or remote) didn't work. We weren't able to book a parking spot with our room and parking around the hotel is very limited.

Beautiful night view

Loved the location so close to south bank beautiful night views of the city 🤍

One of the elevators was out of use The ac in the bedroom was out of use in the main bedroom was the second time in that apartment and both times was out of use also the pull out beds were like sleeping on the floor very uncomfortable and hard no flannels provided. Also small steps going into bathrooms that almost trip you over or you catch your toe on no warning

Spectacular views in a functional but outdated apartment close to Southbank.

Great views but a little out of the way and very dated.

View is amazing right at the bend of the river. I could sit on the balcony all day. Parking is good.

So much mould in the bathroom. It's all very dated with an unpleasant odour.

Happy to stay again, location is excellent and our stay was comfortable with everything we needed

Outstanding views, great location, easy access to city and Southbank, lots of surrounding restaurants, bars.

It is what you would expect from an older building, could definitely do with some upgrades to the rooms and furniture in the rooms.

Awesome location, not too bad cost wise. A couple of things that could be improved on.

View was amazing. I was on the tenth floor overlooking the river.

The ironing board was a bit dodgy; the cover kept coming off and one of the metal leg braces fell off when I got it out of the cupboard. The vent in the shower would suck the shower curtain inward and it was a annoying to keep pushing it out of the way. Pillows were way too soft.

Great location/view and we will definitely stay there again when attending QPac events

The river/city view from the apartment was amazing. The parking was a great added bonus. Staff were prompt with their communication.

The helicopter noise from the Mater hospital can be quite loud in the room and there was quite a bit of street/other resident noise one of the nights we stayed, but the other night was very quiet.

Good location would book again for river fire for the veiw of river but air con left us unpleased

Great location and view was amazing, bed was comfy

Shower wouldn’t stay on way temperature would keep changing while having a shower- would get bursts of hot water. The air con was near pointless in our room 46b, was set to coldest and highest speed was still hot, if had a fan it would have done better than the aircon system.

Awesome view, good location

room was quite small with only a double bed and barely any room to move. Bin was full in the room when we arrived with some other rubbish found throughout the room. Aircon did not work properly either.

Location OK, good internet, pool

One elevator is very stinky, smells like a dog peed/pood in it. Disgusting. Also we were in a unit where the permanent(?) neighbour was in control of the fuse. The fuse magically was turned off during the day while we were away. We arrived back late, it was clear that the neighbour has the control (thanks to phone support), she was home but she ignored us. Thankfully the receptionist came for ourbhelp, but was very embarrassing late in the evening to ask her because of an unfriendly person. Also as a guest you cannot dry clothes on the balcony, you cannot smoke and you cannot even vape. This is annoying since both our neighbours simply ignored thus bylaw.
