Nothing
The place was dirty full of spider webs with huge spiders all around and ants crawling up the bed all night long walking all around us. Very dusty. They didn’t have hot water or water to take a shower. No view of the volcano or lake like they show in the pictures. Also the reviews are from the owner. I don’t think they have had a real client write a real review. I have travel a lot to central and South America and stayed in the jungle and amazons and I haven’t experienced nothing like this with insects.I was traveling with small kids and they Werner really scared nobody could sleep well. This place advertise kids stay for free but is not true. I had to reach out to the owner for a refund but he refused to do it. He has poor communications skills and no costumer service abilities. Don’t waist your money and time staying in this cabins you can find much better places with the same money. The installations and yard is small and has a wall all around with no view. This place is not next to the lake you have to walk up the cabins.

Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Incredibly quiet area.
Not the easiest to find.

it was windy the night I was there and it was very laid with the three branches against the roof

Beautiful cozy private room, amazing private and quit garden close to the lake. Beautiful big shower. Perfect get-away from the business. And the bed was really soft.
The shower didn't get warm which was a pity since it is such a nice shower. At night the location is not easy to reach because of the stray dogs on the road there. I missed an garbage bin in the room. And the sound which started at 5am in the morning from construction or something which was close to the property was terrible, but this might not always be the case.

The owner pays so much attention to his customers we felt at home right away

The town is okay. Nothing great to say about it.
Worst hotel on Lake Atitlan. Plenty of other great places to stay. Had a really bad experience there with a poor host. Not heard great things from other people either.

gorgeous garden area and the rooms were super comfy and higher end.
Location. it was hard to find, and no fault of the hotel, but there isn’t a lot to do in Tzununa.

The garden is beautiful and easy access to a private dock, although difficult to get a boat to pick us up. However, great location as only a short walk away from the main dock.
The owner is lovely and very interesting to talk to. Antonia shows kindness and helps with what we need with a smile. Lots of birds and wildlife.
We struggled to use some of the facilities easily and the bin could have been emptied more often. Location was difficult to find but locals helped us navigate through the dirt roads.

there are working in progress on the site which makes it look unpleasant...no lakeview...
we booked for 3 night and immediately after seeing the place wanted to cancel , we agreed to pay for 1 with the owner and Booking.com and he charged us for 3 nights anyway, treating us with unpleasant words

Great place to stay. Antonia is so sweet and happy to help with anything. Breakfast and meals are great value for money. Great communication with Byron the owner vía WhatsApp.
Super comfy bed, great size room and bathroom, beautiful garden and a 50 metre walk down private path to the lake for a swim or hanging out on the dock soaking up the sun and beautiful view. Had a great stay.

Able to use the kitchen to cook meals, incredible lounge area with exquisite view and lake accrssibility. Great wifi connection.
Opening front gate was a bit tricky (just get staff to show you how) and a few lingering pests in the kitchen, normal for outdoor hostels here.

We loved Eugenia! She was so welcoming, a wonderful cook, and made us the most incredible vegetable soup (difficult to picture or describe how incredible vegetable soup can be, I had no idea until I tried it).
Hot water was great, room was clean, and the property is beautiful. Some children in the village were very helpful to us in finding the place, since we walked rather than taking a tuk tuk, as suggested by the owner. Our most authentic stay in lake atitlan, a beautiful place to relax, read, visit the dock, and walk around in a small, less-touristy town.

Beautiful place with a nice access to the Lake.
Bathroom not clean.
Neighborhoods super noisy...

It was warm! You could store food in the fridge. The room was clean, and the yard was so beautiful.
The kitchen was not clean. It was dirty. And they cook with margarine, and canola oil. The next town over had modern and conscious food options, but the menu here was not.
