This was actually the second time we have stayed at this beautiful bach and we were so glad we did! So handy to the beach and the town centre! The bach is so comfortable and suits us down to the ground! We love the decor! Excellent communication from our hosts.
Thank you for letting us stay again.

Awesome place, 3rd time I've been there now. And it was great to meet Phil and pick his brains and get some local fishing tips. Highly recommended 👌

We have stayed here before but again it did not disappoint us when we arrived. It was very well presented, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and close to all that Kaikoura has to offer. Will definitely be back, thanks for letting us stay.

Welcoming, cheerful and inspiring little cottage. Felt like a fisherman cottage in Brittany (France). Loved the newly redecorated rooms with vibrant and relaxing colours, all the necessary appliances and comforts.
Highly recommend it, would have liked to stay longer, might come back another time.
You can definitely feel how the owners have put their hearts in every details to make one feel at home.

First experience of a NZ Bach and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Felt totally relaxed right from first stepping into the property. A very well equipped , cosy home from home. Super outdoor areas to enjoy the peace and quiet and of course the excellent selection of music available. Well positioned for the harbour , seeking out penguins and the wonderful coastal/ Peninsular path.

Relaxing with all the comforts of home
The property had all the comforts of home - we were warm and very comfortable
To use the shower was interesting but instructions were clear and worked
We noticed if the bathroom heater was going it would short out the power to the sleepout, so we learnt quickly the limitations on what appliances we could use at the same time lol
Definitely no complaints from us, thank you

Mid Winter Break
We had a delightful stay at your well equipped beach house. The weather was perfect for walking the Peninsula walkway & exploring the Blue Duck Valley. Spectacular sunsets were a real treat & we enjoyed the dvds in the evenings.
We did experience a good thud one night - the holder in the shower had fallen off the wall.
We do hope in the future to return for a second stay.

Nice property but very compact
All good but made for little people and the shower is a 50 cent shower (only hits an area the size of a 50cent piece.)

So cute and cosy
The classic Kiwi Bach! Had so many cute thoughtful extras too, the hosts have put a lot of thought into their space. Really surprising how private it is being in the burbs. Was super stoked to stay and enjoyed every minute. Thank you! Planning to be back with friends next time! X
