Camera spaziosa e confortevole, bagno grande, TV spaziale
le luci di cortesia laterali al letto ne funzionava 1 sola, la luce sopra lo specchio del bagno era bruciata e una luce sopra lo scrittoio era rotta ma se si esclude questo il resto era perfetto

Close to the center of town (as long as you are ok with stairs). Able to store bags in the reception area on arrival or departure. Great base for exploring Cinque Terre! Easy to communicate with the folks at reception as well for any questions/directions/recommendations.
Preface this by saying these are all pretty minor:
1. No wi-fi, but that wasn't a big problem since we didn't spend much time in the room (and it doesn't say it has wi-fi in the listing).
2. No fan or AC, but it cooled off at night, so wasn't a huge issue. If you were too hot, take a dip in the ocean in the afternoon/evening!
3. Check-in time was stated to be any time after 10:30, but when we got there at 1, our place still wasn't ready (they could still store our bags while they finished cleaning, so not a huge issue).

we liked the kitchen and posibility to cock, and the terasse. It was not much sun coming in between the houses but We could see some of the mountain.

Fantastic location in centre of town, outside space with table and chairs. Flat screen TV with BBC News channel, good shower.
Just a few things...The towels provided were size of tea cloths. No kettle or toaster, maybe due to some electrical appliance law but was able to use grill and boil water. No cork screw or bottle opener so when sitting outside having an early evening drink with a bottle of wine had to ask a neighbour to open it. Could of also done with a couple of wine glasses.

Quite a nice place for me, and big. Little kitchen with everything to cook for oneself. I ate out the whole time. A little hard to find on one's own, the first time. The staff took me there at check-in, but then after I went out I promptly forgot how to get back. Some nice neighbors nearby (I was close) helped me find the last tricky part. Washing machine. Rope clothes line outside the window to dry wet close. Clothes pins.
No wifi. No a/c. But I didn't really need either. The weather was coolish in the evening.

Very good location, it has a small balcony, it's good to sit and relax with a glass of wine.

nice location (a little bit of a climb to get there, but Manarola is that way), pretty big studio, nicely decorated.
The manager was really nice and welcoming.
The studio is pretty dark, as it’s facing a tall building, so very little sun light comes in. The worst thing was the humidity: the studio is VERY humid, it gets pretty chilly. I had to sleep with a duvet, although it was a pretty hot summer. Which would be nice (considering there’s no a/c), if it weren’t that cold.
Lack of basic facilities, such as kitchen towels, napkins, bottled water. You don’t buy such things at a supermarket for 1-2 nights.

Location was good, be prepared for steep uphill slopes and stairs to get to the apartment.
Host was friendly and helpful. He helped carry my suitcase down the stairs.
No WIFI, no air conditioning. No curtains so the lights from the street shone in the room at night.
Each morning at 8am construction started up outside - we were not told about any planned construction.
Host said the apartment would be cleaned every second day but it wasn't cleaned at all during our trip - we stayed 3 nights.

This have to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Collecting the keys at check-in was a chore the staff member did not answer the doorbell for at least an hour, when we finally checked into our room staff member was about to show us to our room another guest had come in and he asked if he could help them which made us wait again another 20 minutes he showed them to their room and then came back for us very rude. When we finally got to our room . There was a list of things wrong with the room there was no AC at all in the room which was not noted in the description, there was supposed to be a washer and dryer in the room for used but it was broken also there was no Wi-Fi at all which meant you could not get Internet at all from the road another thing that was not noted in the description of the room, another problem was the construction going on outside that started at eight in the morning. Also the TV was not working properly was not able to watch TV for two of the three nights, when I told staff about the issue he told me there was no issue and wanted me to fix it, I told him that was not acceptable he sent somebody who then in return told me the room has horrible signal or service and it hardly ever works. The room was the disaster needs to be noted in the description more clearly

The apartment was clean, the bed comfortable and the facilities easy to use. The manager was helpful with our bags and suggested good places to eat. He was informative regarding the trails between the towns.
No heat (temps were in the 50’s so it was a bit raw)and the manager wasn’t able to remedy the issue....he Suggested that there was a remote but we couldn’t locate it. Also gave us a key for a safe but he couldn’t remember where it was located.... we never found it....A kitchen towel and tissues would have been helpful.

Well appointed apartment in great location close to everything. Pietro very helpful.
Lots of stairs but hey it's Manarola.

The location of the apartment and the office to collect the key were not easy to find. Having said that once we found the official it was very straight forward
we are two very fit people but anyone with mobility problems would find this apartment extremely difficult
