Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Knysna!

Uns hat hier alles gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal war hervorragend, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick von unserer Terrasse. Von dort durften wir auch täglich das Frühstück genießen, welches uns sehr geschmeckt hat! Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus - aber es fehlte die Lockerheit, Lässigkeit

-Sauberkeit -Freundlichkeit -große Zimmer -schöne Frühstücksauswahl

-sehr eingeschränkte Aussicht von unserem Zimmer auf die Lagune. Es gab lediglich 2 von den 5 Zimmern die eine fantastische Aussicht haben -eine Terrasse für zwei Zimmer. Wir hatten nur Glück dass das Nachbarzimmer nicht besetzt war, sonst sitzt man mit fremden auf einer Terrasse zusammen. Unsere Freunde hatten das deutlich bessere Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse und eigenen Liegen. Wie bereits erwähnt haben nur zwei Zimmer eine eigene Terrasse mit eigenen Liegen -der Freibereich/Poolbereich nicht sonderlich attraktiv (Blick auf Hausmauer, Liege steht auf Kieselsteine) -Personal im Haus sehr steif, es fehlt die Lässigkeit

Fabulous - felt like royalty!

A real treat! Such a wonderful experience, amazing staff and real 5 star service! The little extras like a treat for our anniversary and making us a dinner booking were wonderful, will definitely recommend The Bloem to anyone looking for a superb venue and experience!

Traumhaft und unvergesslich

Wir waren 5 Nächte im The Bloem und sind komplett begeistert! Ein wunderschönes Guesthouse mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Service ist erstklassig, das Frühstück vielfältig und extrem lecker, der Ausblick auf die Lagune traumhaft und das Personal unglaublich nett. Danke Josy, Bianca, Constance, Lovemore und alle anderen für eine unvergessliche Zeit in Knysna. Ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt zu dem gemacht, was er war: EINFACH EINMALIG UND UNVERGESSLICH ❤️

By far , the best place we’ve stayed worldwide !

Loved our stay at the Bloem. From arrival till check out , everything was outstanding. Attentive staff , clean house and rooms , delicious breakfast ( loved having breakfast on own patio ) , and amazing location. Restful , peaceful, beautiful with the right amount of pampering by the excellent staff.

Wieder einmal tolle Tage.

Zum zweiten Mal verbrachten wir dort einige Tage. Es gibt eine phantastische Aussicht (Suite No. 4). Frühstück kann man auf seiner Terrasse zu sich nehmen. Sein Fahrzeug parkt direkt vor der Tür. Bett, Badezimmer, Ausstattung, alles war perfekt. Der Service ist hervorragend. Die Einrichtung ist vornehm und nicht mit der üblichen Ausstattung der meisten südafrikanischen Unterkünfte zu vergleichen. Aber das ist kein Kritikpunkt.

Exceptionally Good

We were asked if we could stay over the road in Villa Africana due to low occupancy at THEBLOEM. The hotels are sisters and operate as one. The room, service, everything was exceptional. The whole property was immaculately clean, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel really special. 5/5. You wont find another hotel with this attention to detail easily.

Perfect for a relaxing stay in Knysna

Amazing view, very friendly host and staff with awesome service, delicious breakfast (and very cool mode where you can order your favorite breakfast combinations on the evening before), everything very new and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and even extended because it was so nice.

nothing really. The only very very little disadvantage is, that there are no restaurants in near walking distance - but therefore the neighborhood is calm and nice :-) and it didnt really bother us because within a few minutes by car, there is a broad choice of very good restaurants.

Amazing Stay

I loved everything about my stay, the friendly, warm and accommodating staff, the cleanliness and fresh smells of the rooms, the crisp sheets and comfortable beds, the lovely shower and clean bathroom, the amazing views, the attention to detail, breakfast served on our balcony, the presentation and deliciousness of the breakfast , the location is central to everything.. I loved my stay and will def book again

Amazing staff, exquisitely styled, phenomenally clean and wonderfully welcoming. Constance and Tracy in particular were both absolutely superb. The attention to detail in both service and design is overwhelming. Highly recommended!

Amazing

The highlight of our accommodation (and my own personal highlight of the trip) was in Knysna. We stayed at the Bloem Paradise Collection. Aside from the absolutely spotless suites with views over the lagoon, it was the South African service and hospitality that really made this special. Every morning, a huge individual breakfast was served on our patio with drinks served in the evening. Fireplaces, double showers, personalised bathroom amenities – the service and attention to detail will be hard matched.

Outstanding stay in an exceptional setting...definitely above 5 stars

The breakfast arrangement was amazing with a menu provided the day before that could be filled out and hung on the door at your convenience. Breakfast was prepared punctually at the time we requested and we were able to request additional items that were not on the menu with no issues

True 5* luxury!

Everything was faultless!!! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay as a family of 5 at thebloem guest suites. We stayed one night as a stop along the garden route and had 2 rooms. Having stayed at over 6 places over the last few weeks, we can honestly say thebloem surpassed all the other accommodations! True 5* luxury experience from beautifully spacious and contemporary rooms and amenities, including fabulous bathrooms to the delicious and perfectly cooked breakfast with amazing variety. Service from Constance, Tracy and the lovely man who helped with luggage was fantastic. The owner/manager Bianca was really sweet. Everyone made sure our stay was great, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing luxury break amid the travelling.

Fantastic location

Unfortunately we only stayed one night here, good location 5 minutes from Knysna, views over the lagoon are spectacular. Lovely spacious room with huge bed. Had the bonus of watching England beat Senegal in the World Cup! Breakfast was sumptuous
