Estupendo Apartamento

El personal que nos recibió en la oficina fue muy amable, el apartamento estaba genial, todo limpio, muy bonito y equipado. La ubicación fenomenal, cerca del centro y de la playa. Repetiría

Los colchones de las camas de 90 eran incómodos, se notaba mucho los muelles

le séjour s'est très bien passé , logement agréable , immeuble calme , piscine à proximité ...

manque d'indications concernant la ville de calp ( plan, adresses de restaurant ..) , quelques infos seraient bienvenues .

Agradable sin más

El tamaño del apartamento era correcto y amplio

Muy justo de menaje, sartenes dos y pequeñas. No había tapadera. Platos para cuatro o cinco únicamente, sin repuesto para cocinar o servir platos. Falta alguna estantería en la habitación de matrimonio. La cama de matrimonio de cambiar. Las fotos iniciales del apartamento mostraban una terraza muy grande con tumbonas, para nada era como las imágenes generales que aparecían en Booking. Los vecinos bastante ruidos. Ponían la lavadora a partir de las 11 de la noche y las habitaciones dan a ese pequeño patio de luces de las galerías de las cocinas por lo que se oye todo.

Great Location

The location was perfect, right up the hill from the beach and beside the old town. The apartment was clean and spacious. As others have said, the shower curtain isn't the best thing, but it's a minor inconvenience. The kitchen was well equipped. Shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I paid extra for air conditioning, which, although I didn't agree with, it was needed due to high temperatures. The pool was really clean and open all day. From the advertised pictures, sun beds appeared to be available. However, there weren't any, which was a disappointment.

There was no cleaning provided for a two week stay. Towels weren't replaced, nor were extra toilet rolls provided. We used the washing machine and bought extra supplies. We were reminded by text to ensure we left the apartment clean or we would be charged extra. Our security deposit was returned in full. In regard to check out, it was 10 am. We had a late evening flight and were told we could only leave our luggage in the office until 1 pm, something to consider if leaving late. We weren't given any alternatives.

Good location. Close to beach and shopping.

Apartment fittings were unbelievably cheap and nasty. Shower head broke. Chair collapsed under me on patio.(90Kg!) Shower tiny. Not fault of owners but there were loud concerts each night from midnight to 4am.. some festival in town. Apartment bang in line of the acoustics .. check b4 you book.

Great Location for relax but...

Close to the beach and restaurants, good location, comfortable pool, nice views, good noise isolation.

Steep climb if you have any sort of movement impairment, some in house items were not of the best quality, early check out

It is a RIP OFF! Do not stay there!

We waited half an hour at check in because they could not find my reservation! There were no washing liquid, no sponge, no kitchen towel and they charged us for cleaning 50 EUR extra! I called then to explain it and they told me that it was for not throwing away the trash! i have tried to escalate it to company manager and they ignored my request. Obviously that was a rip off!

Staff friendly & very helpful.

quiet,good location friendly staff

Broken kitchen cabinet door which a member of staff was unable to fix. Missing items of cutlery were replaced quickly. Could do with more electric sockets in the kitchen.

Disappointing

It was clean and had all the basics you'd expect. Easy to check in and out, etc. Smaller than advertised but fine.

Air conditioning was an extra charge per day. It didn't bother us but it's worth noting that you have to walk uphill from the main area of Calpe to the apartment. Would be strenuous with a buggy or lots of luggage. There is a large outdoor amphitheater the other side of the pool where a concert took place. It didn't start until late and didn't finished until the early hours of the morning. It was extremely loud. We wouldn't have minded if we knew about it but we weren't prepared. If you're booking here, go for a sea view instead of pool view if there is a concert on.

Another great visit to Calpe

We love the location of these apartments. Close to city centre, for shopping and restaurants. Handy shortcut to the beach 5 mins from apartment. Hamacas amd Sombrillos available as well as a Chiringuito - Playa Arenal-Bol. Air-conditioning was very efficient and did the job well. Worth the 10 euro extra per day.

Apartment needs a little bit of TLC. Not to be too negative but following items should be attended to. Cupboard, in kitchen, door falling off. Trims on cupboards and drawers need re-glueing Wardrobe door jammed on one side. Difficult to open and close. Shower leaking. Floor needs mopping after shower. Speaking about the shower, it is tiny - 67cm x 67cm. If a wetroom system could be configured it would be so much of an improvement. A few more clothes-hangers please. We bought 6 to supplement the 3 that were supplied. These items would not spoil your holiday but would enhance the experience greatly.

pleasent 7 day stay in Calpe.

my children liked the pool. The apartment was spacious. it was a relatively quick stroll to the beach. the area of Calpe is lovely.

there were damages to the sofa and sink that I was worried I might get charged for. I also thought a little booklet that explained where the nearest supermarkets are, local important contacts/ staff contacts might have been helpful. knowing that there were other exits and shortcuts to the apartments thru near the amphitheatre would have been helpful too. we had to discover this ourself or by watching other holiday makers.

Superb

Location is perfect, you can see the ocean from the balcony (and the sunset!) and it’s just 300 meters away from the beach. the kitchen is small but fully equipped. there is a pool for the guests too. there is a small gravel “parking lot” in front of the building where you can park for free

small things could be improved, like having better maitresses and having air conditioning

relaxing stay in beautiful Calpe

location was fantastic only short walk down to beach shops and centres. swimming pool was lovely and quiet as was the area. the apartments were very clean.

Very well equipped, everything you need is in the room. Good localization, a pleasant place to stay.

As other guests mentioned before, the shower is super small and everytime you use it the floor gets flooded.

We couldnt put the heaters on because we needed a key we didnt have. We had to call a phone number and asked for the key. I think we could have choosen the temperarature inside the apartament without request
