Everything was really amazing, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable and the room was clean and at a good condition for the price. We really enjoyed our stay.

اولا المكان جداً كائيب مافي اي نوع من الاهتمام الجلسات الخارجيه كائيبه والطاولة كلها مغبره ماكنه يوم وطني مافي جلسات راقيه ولا كافيهات متعدده الاكل والقهوه سعرها مبالغ فيه جدا جدا كوبين قهوه 100 ريال الساندوتش 122 و250هل يعقل وممنوع تجيبن اكل من برا اذا عائله بتاكل سندويشات بالف ريال مثلاً مافي اهتمام بالجلسات الخارجيه المكان جداً مممل المفروض منتجع يكون افضل وانظف من كذا الواحد جاي يقضي وقت مايلاقي مكان ينزل ويجلس فيه ويستمتع كائبه غريبه الطاولات والكراسي مهمله الشي الثاني الكيدز حق الاطفال جداً قديمه ومهمل الالعاب الخارجيه مغبره ووسخه دفعت 1500 وقالوا لي في فعاليات للاطفال وكيدز ولا لقيت لا فعاليات للاطفال والكيدز وسخ تمنيت اني حجزت مكان ثاني كان استمتعت اكثر 😒😒

المنتجع خالي من الحشرات - المسبح نظيف ولاتوجد رائحة كلور - المطعم أكله لذيذ - الجو العام هادئ وممتع - رائحة رائعة تنتشر في كل مكان

السرير غير مريح أبدا والمخدات كذلك - أطباق المطعم المتنوعة فقط لخدمة الغرف والمنيو بداخله محدود - سلة المهملات قديمة وتالفة - المفروشات تحتاج تجديد سواء السرير أو كراسي البلكونة

The room was not that clean, the door was not closing fully until you pushed it and I didn't feel safe. The room service was not good, and service prices were very high.

There is plenty of space without any use. There is no bicycle, no activity at all only the swimming pool + paddle court The food was average compared to the price

We Loved having breakfast there

slot availability at the tennis court and the location itself, literally nothing is available near by. You have to drive at least 5- 15 km to find food of your mood

Rooms, Bathroom and Balcony were not clean at all. The restaurant next to Pool is very poor and very bad service and staff doesn’t respect guests.

We were delighted with the warm welcome from the staff, starting from the entrance to the reception. The reception was full and accommodating, and we were assisted by the manager, Jameel, during check-in. We appreciated that the entire family could swim in the pool without any gender restrictions. Free swimming lesson for my daughter was given the next morning.The presence of a small garden, fish, and a playground for kids added to the pleasant atmosphere. The lamb chops at dinner were amazing, and the breakfast offered a wide range of international options. They even made a delicious hot chocolate for me upon request. My wife enjoyed her massage, and I particularly liked the spacious terrace and room. The live singer band next to the pool, with Caribbean vibes and bossa nova music, added to the ambiance.

However, we were disappointed with the drainage in the shower room, which caused a mess in the bathroom. Additionally, the faucet for the bathtub had a leak that wasn't resolved that night, although someone did clean up. On a positive note, we appreciated the nuts and flavored dates. The staff's enthusiastic assistance continued until our check-out.
