Happy to stay here

Hotel bintang lima dengan fasilitas yang sangat lengkap, roomnya luas dan bersih, breakfast nya melimpah dan vibesnya nyaman sekali dengan keluarga, bagi yang membawa anak kecil sangat pas sekali.. Tempatnya juga sangat strategis, dekat dengan pantai petitenget. Staffnya sangat ramah dan quick response.. Verry happy to stay here.. 😊😊

The Locations and services are good. The Hotels staff were really helpful.

The Locations and services are good. Hotels staff were really helpful. The beds are bigger than I expected. The overall experiences was good. They have 2 pools (small pool at the roof and the larger one on the ground floor, both have pool bars), the small gym is also good, and they also have a small sauna and whirlpool.

Great location and helpful staff!

The location of this hotel was great! Very central and within walking/bike distance of the amenities in Seminyak. The staff were very friendly and helped us to book a scooter and transport to our next location.

The Bathtub is very Risky and the level in very high, hard and very careful to get out from Bathtub.

Disappointing

House keeping, didn't leave towels, 6 of 12 day's, fridge didn't work, asked them to fix, low water pressure, bathroom sink blocked every day. Breakfast was Bain Marie Asian fusion, most days cold, very average.

The Hotel is great

the staff are very friendly very big bed and comfortable , the breakfast is great

Next to the hotel there is a building for maintenance in the morning and it makes noise early in the morning and I couldn't sleep

what an amazing place

The location was great and staff friendly, rooms are awesome. real fast was amazing. 2 pools , spa , gym, sauna, and good restaurants. Bed was incredibly comfy, house keeping was great, This was by far the best stay during my Bali trip.

Poor in morning call. I asked for morning call at 8.00am but received the call at 8.45am. If I need to rush to airport I am dead. Bath towel to old. Look brown colour instead of white. For a couple hotel only provide 1shower gel and 1 shampoo. Most hotels will provide 2 and customer no need request for it.

let down

the room was clean and confortable!

traveled with a 7 month baby, whilst our stay we couldn’t used the kids pool area as there where other guests smoking there. we then when to the rooftop pool to find the painting works where taking place so the smell of toxic paint was awful 😞

Good location, but would prefer somewhere else.

The hotel's breakfast and pool were good in general, and its central location made it convenient to access many nearby restaurants and clubs. Additionally, we had a pleasant experience at the hotel's spa, which was very nice.

Discovering a garbage bag containing a rotten, peeled banana tucked inside the sofa was extremely upsetting for me and my husband. The smell was unbearable, and we immediately contacted the front desk to request a change of bed sheets in addition to the removal of the bag.

everything ok about the Hotel but DONT BOOK THROUGH BOOKINGS.COM Really bad experience to me.Promote room with breakfast when cmfirm payment they will gv u room without breakfast. Lots of other apps DONT SUPPORT BOOKING.com u can get cheaper price if book with others

it was okay but could be much better value for money with some small changes like welcome drinks, cosmetic maintenance a

good location. very comfy large beds. good pools. friendly staff. good wi-fi.

towels were very old. room service food not so good. couldn’t provide a bottle opener as only one opener in the entire hotel lol. bathrooms and plumbing old and in poor condition. hotel replaced shower head quickly upon request 🙏
