Perfect place to stay

Brilliant place to stay. Fantastic location. It has everything you need for great stay. Roof terrace is lovely and has great views. Close to bus and tubes so can get everywhere easily. In walking distance of cool shops, pubs and places to eat! Hosts were lovely

Alan and Mara keep a wonderfully cozy space to stay.

The hosts were exceptionally kind. The room is well furnished and the bed is very comfortable and warm. There is a great view out on the terrace and is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal.

It was impossible to lock the door between your room and the common area from the outside of the room door since there was no keyed lock. It is only a bolt that can be locked from the inside, and the door does not latch shut. I trust the host and hostess in this case, but it would be an extra feeling of securing your belongings to have a keyed entry. The door to the house is keyed.

Perfect two night stay in a real gem!

Supremely comfortable bed, comfortable living area, TV with Netflix (!) excellent breakfast. Well located, close to shops and good restaurants, easy access to central London. Very peaceful location, despite close proximity to the CP triangle

warm, kind, generous hosts and a wonderful location.

the location and the hosts were excellent. lots of lovely light comes through the room in the day and an outdoor area gives a sense of space as well. lovely big bathroom and lovely consideration and provision of breakfast, fresh fruit etc throughout our stay.

as an be common in London there was a damp smell that my family commented on. the environment was very clean in itself and the bedding etc felt very lovely but my family members who are sensitive to damp smells found it permeated a little.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient. It was our second stay and we would return again.

Breakfast is continental and the fridge was well stocked with cheese, milk, fruit juice, bread, butter, jams, yoghurt and water. There is also fruit, cereal and tea and coffee. We like the balcony off the lounge area.

Relaxing, comfortable, a real home from home.

Location was perfect for us as our daughter lives nearby. Alan and Mala were perfect hosts....welcoming and just there when you need them. We had the entire top floor to ourselves so really spacious and every comfort provided. A real home from home. Hoping we get to book for our next visit.

All that's needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was quiet but very near shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space in the suite and had all we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the selection of breakfast items that were available. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming.

Very enjoyable, would return.

Plenty of space, very convenient location for the park and Crystal Palace. Safe off road parking enabled us to leave the car once we'd arrived. Plenty of buses and trains into central London. Host was very approachable for anything you needed.

Perfect Accommodation for stay in Central London

A very spacious, cosy, well equipped studio apartment. The friendly hosts have provided so many thoughtful touches for guests, including a generous range of food items for self catered breakfast. They kindly provided gluten free products as requested to suit our dietary requirements. The location is excellent being a short walk from the train station, town centre and the stunning Crystal Palace Park. We look forward to returning to stay here next time we are visiting family in London.

I felt at home

I really liked the location, the suite's amenities, and the kindness of the hosts. On the next trip to London, it will be my number 1 option.

everything was fine and within expectations, it only improved the temperature of the room because it was already cold in London.

Great place to stay

Great location. In a very quiet residential area but just minutes from the shops, bars, restaurants and train station. Fantastic roof terrace with amazing far reaching views. Very well equipped and clean. Very comfortable beds and good quality bed linen and bedding. Great selection offered for breakfast. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. Free off road parking a bonus.

Fabulous

Excellent place to stay for the weekend. Lovely accommodation and hosts. Ideally located for the Crystal Palace triangle for shops and restaurants and very close to the park. Only 20 minutes into the City by train.

Ideal place to stay - real home from home and what a view from the balcony. Very quiet considering how close you are to the ‘triangle’. Very thoughtful hosts. Property exactly as per description and photos

Great base in lovely Crystal Palace for a family.

Lots of room: lounge, spare room and terrace is great for our young family. Worth a visit if only for the arthouse film DVD selection! Lovely warm welcome. It was great to be able to take our breakfast in the lounge when we wanted from the selection of continental goods and our allergy request was very well catered for!

Nothing to note given the area and we had to bring our travel cot but nothing to quibble about really.
