Excelente servicio!

Desastre ( porque no hubo estancia)

Todo fue pésimo. Desde la señora que nos atendió cuando llegamos,pésima actitud. El aire acondicionado estaba dañado ( en Barranquilla) con ese calor. Al tratar de resolver su respuestas fueron pésimas y terminamos a la 1:00 de la mañana solos buscando hotel en taxis porque el Crown no tiene servicio ni de maleteros ni de transporte. Pésima experiencia

Colazione inadatta per una struttura del genere , formaggi , prosciutto , frutta , marmellate , pane e dolci inesistenti . Cibo mediocre. Acqua nella doccia scarsa.

The staff was very friendly and make you feel welcomed. The food was great!!

The service was exceptional, which is very important to us. Loved the 24hr room service and the restaurant menu too!

Facilities and breakfast. Amaury was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate as best he could. Restaurant staff were all attentive.

When we arrived we had to move to 4 different rooms as the ones that were originally assigned the air conditioner was not working properly. And to top things off, we had the housekeeper come into our room after we left and room was done and stole my airpods. They were found inside the housekeeping cart in a closet on our same floor. Thanks to apple and find my devices app we were able to find it.

Excellent value, beautiful hotel

This is our third time in Barranquilla and this was our favorite hotel. The facilities including the pool and gym were excellent. Breakfast was a fantastic display of food. Our room was very spacious with nice views of the city. The staff was very kind and helpful especially Amaury, the room service cleaning staff went above and beyond without being asked, and the staff at the restaurant. The young staff at the front desk can use a little polishing and put the phones away to tend to their guests better and greet everyone. But we will definitely stay here for our next visit to Barranquilla. The location is fantastic with an incredible selection of restaurants and shopping literally at your step. Parks nearby - really recommend. We entertained our family on the 13th floor for drinks and dinner and had a lovely time. Thank you CROWNE plaza.

I don't like the spa section I think that is to small for the hotel I try to do a massage but when I see the spa section definitely i don't get the massage

Staff is fantastic. Wonderful ambassadors for Colombia!

The AC in the gym was broken for most of our trip and I actually plan to write to the management because it was a big deterrent. On thr last day, it aeems to be working. I would like to have some $$ compensation for this, as all three of us (we booked 2 rooms for a week) work out daily - and it was not good for us…OTHER than that - we couldn’t have asked for more from your wonderful staff.

Pool was nice. hotel is located really well. rooms are clean. breakfast was nice.

single standard rooms don’t have a king size bed. the room wasn’t big at all. I had to book the suite, it was better but not amazing because still small compare to other hotel I’ve been for less price in the same area.
