About this house rental

The AMI Tree House is within walking distance to the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and other vacationers. The home sits between the Gulf beaches and Anna Maria Sound, but is truly in the middle of everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Free Trolley rides (every 20 minutes) allow easy travel through out the island to restaurants/bars and historic sights.

The AMI Tree House is within walking distance to the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and other vacationers. The home sits between the Gulf beaches and Anna Maria Sound, but is truly in the middle of everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Free Trolley rides (every 20 minutes) allow easy travel through out the island to restaurants/bars and historic sights. Located in the city of Bradenton Beach, which has a smaller more private beach in comparison to others nearby. We are also within walking distance to the bay which offers a baseball and basketball court, playground, and a small area to launch canoes or kayaks.

The elevated property has been lovingly restored boasting a full kitchen with standard size stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are flat-screen TVs in every room and free wireless high-speed internet access throughout the house.

Property exterior is monitored by security cameras.

Guest agrees to abide by all house rules on our property information page.

Maximum occupancy includes children and infants.

Two vehicle maximum per unit, no RVs, campers, or trailers.

Pets considered, but require written approval, aggressive breads will not be considered. Pets will be charged per stay. Service animals do not require a fee, but Emotional Support animals will require this fee, if a Service animal is to be on the trip we will require to know what skill or task the service animal has been trained to perform.

Guest agrees to pay all costs and expenses, as determined in the sole judgment of the Property Manager, of repair or replacement for any and all damages of whatever origin or nature which may have occurred during the term of the stay.

Beautiful! The TreeHouse exceded all expectations. The pictures were lovely and the reality was even more lovely. Simply put, it felt like home. The house was clean and the sheets and towels were fresh. The full kitchen and laundry facilities added to the instant feel of home. This host made everything possible for a great beachside vacation.

Clean, has everything you need and more. Loved all the chairs, etc. for the beach and the cart to carry it all down with. We added a boggy board to the collection. Loved that you didn't have to pay to do a load of laundry!!! Thank you!! The house is very clean and plenty of room for us all. Not on the busy street so very peaceful to set out on the deck, yet just a block walk to the water and to the street to grab the bus. Thank you!! Everyone wants to come back.

Perfect!!! We loved our spur of the moment get away. The place was spotless and comfortable. Exactly as described. Conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Property was very clean. Very close to beach and quiet neighborhood. The only thing the house needs is a few more pots and pans and maybe a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Would rent again.

My husband and I LOVED the AMI Tree House. Our grown children and their kids rented the AMI Beach Shack right next door! We were pleasantly surprised with what a short few steps it is to the beautiful beach. We were delighted to find a Pickleball court only steps away toward the Bay! It was immaculately clean, furnished attractively and comfortably, had every necessity for household living available, and was fabulously cool even on the hottest days of July. Lelia, the property manager, was instant in her attentive responses to any questions we had. She was friendly, available, and able to troubleshoot any problem that might arise. Lelia was super gracious to us. Check -in and check out were a breeze as the cleaning staff did an excellent job in preparing the Tree House for our arrival and in cleaning up after us when we left. We would HIGHLY recommend the AMI Tree House and would love to come back!

What a wonderful place to stay! Great location, with easy access to the bay side & the Gulf. Very clean, well appointed. It's a cozy spot without feeling cluttered. The Treehouse has everything you need for your stay. We really appreciated having laundry on site, as well as beach goods. We would absolutely recommend this spot to others and would stay here again ourselves.

The Master Bedrm TV wasn't booted properly, the dishwasher was broken, and the master bathroom toilet was running all night. However, to be fair, I did receive a quick response from the manager. He helped me with the TV but the other issues could not be handled immediately...it takes awhile to get a repair man. We would stay there again but perhaps the property should be checked more often for neccessary repairs!

We had a great stay at the AMI Tree House. The house is just the right size for the two of us and we found everything we needed close by and easy to locate. The kitchen is well furnished with all the necessary items needed. The location is just the right blend of peaceful quiet evenings and east to get to bars and restaurants. The beach chairs we found in the laundry room were very useful.

Wow! My first time at AMI, and could not have picked a better location. AMI Tree House had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Centrally located on the island with easy access to the beach, grocery store and numerous restaurants & shopping. The accommodations were super! Little touches like the beach towels and beach umbrella, chairs and cart made it very convenient.

We had an amazing stay in Bradenton. The beach was a quick walk and everything else was within a 20 min walk or five minute car ride. I would recommend renting bikes and riding up and down the island. The food was amazing. The Tree house was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed.

The best spring break

This property met all of our expectations and more! The decor was cute and practical. The walk to the beach was so short. And the beaches weren't crowded at all. The beds were super comfortable and just big enough for everyone (we came with our 3 kids- they took the big bedroom and we had the smaller one). This place was QUIET and faces an alley so it felt very private. We loved the shade of the big tree over the deck. We really appreciated the full kitchen. We cooked our own food every day because we enjoy that but also because we are a family of five and it's saves us money. The laundry and dryer were helpful too. I did a full load of laundry before we left and so we went home with clean clothes/towels. I also appreciated towels and sheets and paper products provided with no extra cost. We loved this place and would totally come back!

We had a wonderful four-night stay at AMI Tree House, which was perfect for two adults and two teens. The place was quite comfortable, charmingly decorated, very clean, and quiet. The little balcony was a sweet spot for sipping coffee in the shade of the rubber tree. Just two minutes away by foot is an uncrowded and beautiful part of the beach. The grocery store and many dining options are just 5-10 minutes away by car. (Minor suggestions: Consider adding a full-length mirror and a few extra pots/pans/large bowls.) We truly enjoyed our stay at the Tree House and on AMI!

Our stay at AMI Tree House was perfect in just about every way. Having not been to Anna Maria Island before, we had no real concept of how close the beach would be (literally a short block and across the main road on the island away). The rental had everything we could have wanted...a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and 1.5 baths, and laundry/beach equipment below in what turned out to be our own laundry room, not shared with the other unit in the building. The only (tiny) thing I missed was a full-length mirror. We loved everything about staying in this spot. Highly recommend.

Very clean and cozy rental. Was quiet for the most part. Appreciated the use of the washer/dryer and a covered parking spot along with the beach chairs.. Location was great for exploring within a 20 mile area. The thresholds into the bedrooms were kind of a tripping hazard; just something to be aware of. We would stay here again!

This quaint 2-bedroom was perfect for our party of three. Located one block from the bay and two blocks to the beach, this was a quiet location away from traffic. Neighbors were friendly and helpful and would wave hello. We rented bikes (avoid AMI rentals) but the property came with plenty of beach gear like a wagon, chairs, toys. The property owners had quick dry beach towels and even cute “makeup” towels for your face cleaning at night. We rarely cooked so cannot speak on how well the kitchen was stocked though we used the toaster and microwave daily. This property was extremely clean and felt so cozy!
