Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde ein Getränk offeriert. Wir durften zwischen 2 zusammenliegenden Zimmern oder einer Wohnung aussuchen. Die Zimmer waren einfach nur Klasse! Wir haben uns als Familie dennoch für die Wohnung entschieden. Diese ist ebenfalls Top und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Minibar haben sie uns mit Wasser befüllt und wurde uns offeriert. Sehr grosszügig! Das Reinigungspersonal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist traumhaft schön eingerichtet. Klein aber fein! Es fehlt an Nichts.

Die Dusche ist ein wenig klein und die Temperatur lässt sich nur mit Geduld einstellen :-). In der Wohnung leider krin Spiegel vorhanden.

동굴호텔에서 직접 체험해 볼수있어서 사씨의 특별함을 오롯이 체험해 볼 수 있어서 좋았어요.

제습기 돌아가는 소리가 커서 계속 깼어요. 동굴호텔 특성상 제습기는 계속 필요할것 같지만 위치를 바꾸면 더 좋겠어요

Amazing room, hotel and location

The room was big and bright and comfortable. The area for breakfast was beautiful and there was a nice selection of food.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only shame was that the outside terrace wasn’t open for guests yet which would’ve been nice to enjoy a drink

Magica Atmosfera!!!

Struttura di una bellezza unica che ci ha permesso di respirare la magica atmosfera di Matera. Ospitalità, gentilezza e professionalità di altissimo livello. Ci è stato regalato un upgrade per la camera che abbiamo molto gradito!!! Colazione con scelta molto ampia e prodotti locali di grande qualità.

Ambiente suggestivo curato nei dettagli e con gusto, posizione centrale nei Sassi. Staff super accogliente e gentile. Ottima colazione e servizi.

Tutto perfetto, solo poca privacy nel bagno essendo tutto aperto, ma fa parte della bellezza originale del sasso.

Relax e comfort

Struttura molto confortervole, calda e accogliente, staff accogliente e professionale. Colazione buonissima. Prima volta in cui trovo mini cornetti e mini krapfen, con varie farciture, in modo da poter assaggiare più specialità senza lasciare avanzi di alcun genere. Camera deluxe strepitosa, enorme e piena di chicche per coccolarsi, caffè, tisane, frigo bar. La doccia con il soffione gigante poi è proprio la ciliegina 🫠

Unica pecca, ma che alla fine è giusto sia così, la posizione un po' scomoda per il discorso zona ztl e quindi "l'impossibilità" di scaricare i bagagli qualora se ne abbiano molti. Noi siamo stati comunque fortunati a trovare parcheggio gratuito praticamente all'ingresso della zona ztl. Un altro piccolissimo particolare, ma alla fine se si è una coppia in piena confidenza non ci si fa caso 😆, il bagno un po' poco isolato ma "divertente" da usare. Personalmente, se ci fosse stata la possibilità di consumare pranzo e cena in struttura l'avrei preferito in quanto spostarsi dalla camera è un'opera di autoconvincimento non indifferente 😆

Soggiorno rilassante

Struttura molto bella, con gli addobbi natalizi ancor di più, in ottima posizione nel cuore di Matera e dei Sassi, il personale professionale, disponibile a dare informazioni e cortese. Abbiamo anche pranzato nel loro ristorante che si trova nell'altro sasso e siamo state benissimo. Colazione ottima con varietà di dolce e salato.

Se dovessi fare un appunto lo farei sul bagno, ambiente unico con la camera, separato da un muro ma aperto, c'è una specie di pannello in legno scorrevole che chiude alternativamente la doccia o il WC , perché si tratta di un sasso, quindi basta saperlo, se uno vuol fare l'esperienza di dormire in un sasso. Per me rimane comunque una bella esperienza aver dormito in questa struttura.

Cozy, charming and unique experience in the heart of Matera!

The location is great! The room was so spacious and cozy. Not cold at all. The smell was so good, blankets, towels, soaps, we loved everything! The lobby is beautiful, it has such a nice atmosphere. The breakfast room is a dream! Really a beautiful hotel! Everybody was lovely with us (including our fur baby Molly). Highly recommend this place and would love to go back and stay longer.

I arrived at the end for breakfast and the choice of salty things as cheese, ham, etc was not that much. They could maybe check that every guest would get all. All the rest was perfect!

Struttura alberghiera di ottimo livello in una location meravigliosa. Il personale è veramente gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La camera è stata ristrutturata in modo perfetto, ogni particolare è stato studiato nel dettaglio. Bagno molto comodo e dotato di ogni comfort. Colazione con prodotti locali di ottimo livello e ricca di varietà. Consiglio per la cena il ristorante Oi Marì molto vicino, dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

Cool cave room!

The room was amazing and so cool it was private while also being in a great location. It was easy to find parking offsite and walk about 10 mins to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and views in the reception area was again very cool

It was a little hard to find using Apple Maps but a friendly neighbor was able to point us in the right direction. Key is apparently to use google maps

Un Sassi de lujo

El hotel es mejor que en las fotos. La habitación es increíble!!!!!!!!!!!! En todos los aspectos:diseño, sabanas, artículos de tocador, detalles como caja de té y perfume ambiental fabuloso. Todo súper y correspondiente a un hotel de mas valor. El personal también fue muy atento y dispuesto con las indicaciones sobre la ciudad que de por si es difícil.

Creo que para los que vamos por primera vez, entender la dificultad y las distancias del parking puede ser difícil y el hotel podría involucrarse más en ayudar a tomar la mejor decisión.

Nice concept, inadequate ventilation causing mold to grow.

Breakfast menu was good, overall staff was courteous, location was fine. Wine tasting (add-on event) was informative and the individual was very nice.

MOLD! Black mold was evident in the room and within a few minutes breathing was affected. Informed staff when staying there and followed up with an email and was told both times "this is normal". Nothing further offer for assistance or room change or attempt to clean. Black mold is very toxic and mold replicates by throwing spores into the air, therefore entire area was contaminated. Unhealthy & dangerous.

Most unique stay and destination.

The property was incredibly unique and was in the perfect location. All of Matera was walkable due to the central location. The room was outstanding and the views from right outside your door cannot be beat. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone we know.

Superb

Stunning accomodation located into the old part of Matera. We were given some delicious wine on our arrival and then shown to our room with a stunning view of the city. The lady who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful, outlining walks and recommended bars/cafes to stop at. Breakfast in the morning is in a beautiful cavernous room with a full continental spread. A beautiful place to stay while visiting this amazing town - bring good walking shoes!
